Proverbs 3:13 Happy (blessed, fortunate, enviable) is the man who finds skillful and godly Wisdom, and the man who gets understanding [drawing it forth from God’s Word and life’s experiences].
We do the seeking, and God does the speaking, but He is the Spirit of Wisdom and will not tell us to do anything that is unwise. Many times we ask God to speak to us and lead us, but if He does not give us a specific word from Scripture or speak a word in our hearts, we still have to live our daily lives and make decisions. God is not going to dictate every little choice we make, but He does give us wisdom and common sense—and those two make a winning combination.

If you do the seeking, God will do the speaking.

Luke 2:10 But the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. 11 Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. 12 This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.”

Isaiah 32:17  The fruit of that righteousness will be peace; its effect will be quietness and confidence forever.

If you are feeling compelled to do so much that you are physically worn out, you may be driven instead of led. Remember, you have to come apart from a busy routine before you come apart yourself. You have to get away from everything before you come apart physically, mentally, and emotionally. Give yourself time to get a good night’s sleep.

It is tempting to do everything that everybody else is doing, be involved in everything, know everything, hear everything, and be everywhere, but it isn’t God’s best for you. Be willing to separate yourself from compulsive activity before you come apart at the seams!

Spend time with God, and ask Him to give order to your day.

5 Or do you think it’s without reason the Scripture says that The Spirit Who lives in us yearns jealously? 6 But He Gives Greater Grace. Therefore He says: God resists the proud, but Gives Grace to the humble. 7 Therefore, submit to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8 Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, sinners, and purify your hearts, double-minded people! 9 Be miserable and mourn and weep. Your laughter must change to mourning and your joy to sorrow. 10 Humble yourselves before the Lord, and He will Exalt you. James 4:5-10

The next time we wonder or find ourselves confused, about why we are in the problems we are, or what our next step needs to be we have it spelled out here in James.  The humble heart is given Grace from God and He will Exalt you. The enemy will flee, as we resist it and have drawn near to God.  The enemy is a liar and temptation will end.

Amen Elaine.  Thank you for adding to what I felt Lead to share.  The more we learn about Who we serve, the better we are able to serve.

Some have trouble with The Trinity.  Just how separate are The Father, The Son, and Holy Spirit?  From the words Jesus spoke we see the clear Truth.

35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will never pass away.      36 “Now concerning that day and hour no one knows — neither the angels in heaven, nor the Son — except the Father only. 37 As the days of Noah were, so the coming of the Son of Man will be. Matt 24:35-37

We need not to fear, for we have put our Hope and Trust in Jesus.  Remember all of His Actions while He was here, as well as, His Actions in Heaven at The Right Hand of The Father.

Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Him.

Rely on God's promises, and Christ's power to help you be content.

God will supply all your needs in a way that He knows is best for you.

We may not get all that we want. By trusting in Christ our attitudes and appetites can change from wanting everything to accepting His provision and power to live for Him.

Why are you downcast, O my soul?  Why so disturbed within me?  Put your Hope in God, for I will yet Praise Him, My Savior and my God. Ps 42:11

This is one place, there are many more.  We see here, how our spirits can and should challenge our minds; flesh; souls.  Let this show us how to view and deal with what we deal with each day.  Let us be guided by The Word; by what we know of God's Love. We all have "days and times," we must not allow them to define our walk.  We will Praise Him here and where time has no meaning.
