Jesus' Resurrection.
Amen, "Your faith has made you well", or 'saved you'....depending on which version.   We are very conditioned since birth as to what we think is 'real'.......and what things 'we do' that have certain effects.  I feel that God is calling me more to prayer, and that there is 'more to' prayer than I originally thought.

The Faith of the Centurion. Matthew 8: 5-13

A man who loved his servant so much. Who hurt because someone else needed healing.

Jesus says, "Go! It will be done just as you believed it would." I love this!

I also have to point out that 'my favorite miracle' is not exactly 'in the bible'.  My favorite is what He has done and is doing in me.

"And His name, through faith in His name, has made this man strong, whom you see and know. Yes, the faith which comes through Him has given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all."   Acts 3:16

I know I have taken this scripture out of context......This was what Peter said about the lame man who he told to rise up and walk in the Name of Jesus of Nazareth.......but it also applies to the process that some have watched in my own life in the past 4 years.  My Salvation is truely a miracle.  It is truely my most valued treasure.

Ha ha...yes.  From my perspective as a carpenter...It is always easier to build new than to re-build what has been neglected or destroyed.  I very often am asked to fix something after a 'hack' has done repairs badly and made a worse mess than the original problem.  But....God can fix us...no matter what the damage by ourselves or others.  The only drawback...is that most often we need to be 'willing' first.  Often it has taken a while for some of us (self included) to let go of heartbreaks, pain or anger, and 'let Him' have 'His way' with us.  God will not force goodness on us.  Even in the beginning of creation, God said, "LET there be light".  And with all else that he created, He said "Let"....His way is not of 'force' although he has all power.  But He will 'let' us be His children.
Yes....we can get glimpses of His unimaginable love.  Those mere glimpses can be almost overwhelming.  I have cried a few good tears of joy.  Tears can sometimes be a powerful anointing from God and a wonderful refreshing release.  (:  God will not hurt us, or break our heart, or be abusive.  It is good to finally find a love that is pure and true.
My brother is good to know you are still breathing. :)

And he said to her, "Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace. Your suffering is over." ~ Mark 5:34~

This is one of my favorite miracle, because I see this women suffered so much, she tried everything, spent all she had, she was cast out,  .... but she believed in her heart and said...  "If I just touch his clothes, I will be healed" ..... she touched HIM, It is only a touch,  and Immediately her bleeding stopped and she felt in her body that she was freed from her suffering. Praise the Lord, .... yet she was afraid for touching him because she was unclean ..... but Jesus the Loving  Father, He speaks to her in a very soft, kind, and tender manner, called her "daughter" I love that, .... I can see how deep is His Love  towards us!!!!! Glory to HIM ..... And sent her in peace, I see she return to her home as a new person being   whole, full of Joy, peace, and Love. Thank You dear Lord for making us WHOLE.

Very well said my sista Pilgrim.

My favorite miracle is when Jesus healed the leper. I know He did that several times , but I'm refering to the time when the leper came to Him and told Jesus " If You are willing , you can make me whole. "    Jesus was moved with compassion and told him " I am willing . "

I like it because it shows how really compassionate Jesus is . The leper didn't ask if Jesus could heal him  , he told Jesus that if He was willing He could make him whole. Jesus responded to the leper's faith by reaching out and touching him and healing him.

I love the fact that Jesus showed His total acceptance of this man by touching him when no one else dared to . It would have still been wonderful if Jesus would have just spoke the word and healed him , but by touching him and telling the leper that He was , indeed willing  makes it all the more special to me .

God bless.

Charles,

Amen. What a wonderful picture for us to draw from.
