All About GOD - Growing Relationships with Jesus and Others

Spiritual Revival's are both Biblical and Historical. Will we see another great national Revival in the western world as we did in the 18th century, 1859, 1904, etc?

IF YOU TRUST IN GOD YOU WILL NOT WORRY. CAST ALL YOUR WORRIES UP AND LIVE TO LOVE AND SERVE THE LORD.
WHY DO YOU FEAR ? YOU SHOULD ONLY FEAR GOD. IF YOU KNOW GOD YOUR WORDS WOULD NOT BRING TERROR, BUT ENCOURAGEMENT AND GENTLE LOVING CARE. GO AND BRING GOOD FRUIT NOT TERRIFIED ONES BUT ONES THAT LOVE ME AND OTHERS. THE ONLY FEAR ANY PERSON SHOULD HAVE IS ME LEAVING YOU. YOU WANT TO BE AS CLOSE AND IN ONENESS WITH ME. HAVE FAITH DO NOT DOUBT ME.
Stacey I guess I used the wrong word ... worry ... seems to have touched a nerve ... maybe concern is better ... but no it is stronger than concern ... I don't know the word to say that conveys it best. I remember when Jesus was on the colt riding into Jerusalem before He was crucified He wept so hard that he shook as He looked at His beloved city and knew what was coming to the people He loved ...all because the people did not recognize Him as the Messiah. That is what Christians should feel too. He is coming again and there will be a remnant..but many on that day will cry out," Lord, Lord" and to their dismay Jesus will say , "I never knew you." SO with that knowledge we all need to live to love and serve the Lord as you said. As Paul said in 1 Cor. 6 we are not our own , for we have been bought with a price. If I have provoked a fear I am sorry , please forgive me. The encouragement for me is no matter what happens in this temporary world God is going to shelter me and you ... all born again spirit filled people ... He is with us as He promises ... and will be our comfort ... our conquor ... He will never leave or forsake us ... that is what the Word promises. As I read my words they do not provoke a terror in me ... and I am sorry that is what you received.
Sis Rebecca :)

You have compassion for them, a mixture of concern and love.
Compassion IS a good word for what I feel ... it is what we all should feel. We need to remember that scripture tells us God loves us even while we are sinners ... all through the Old and New Testament we are given examples of God's love and long suffering ... mercy and grace. Jesus is the example ... He said " Learn from me..." We are to attempt loving and showing 'compassion' for the lost with Christ as our example. Thank you David.
yes compassion do have that but it doesnt help to constantly worry about people throughout the day...it is good to worry but do enjoy your time in life.. the best thing that you can do is pray and hope for the best in everyone's life. If you believe that everything will be alright, then everything will be alright if you constantly think about people who will not be saved then there will be concern, but if you believe that they will be saved then thank goodness because your thoughts were not full of worry but rather positiveness. You see it is on your attitude stay positive yes worry it is good to now move on. Write down all of your worries on a paper or have a little note pad thingy and as you go through the day write your worries down and then pray to father and say father here is a list of my concerns, now i raise them up to you and may they rise so that you can hear my prayer amen and now go about your day and enjoy the people around you :) ....again i say yes worry but dont get too encompassed with the worries of this world :) enjoy life and take it easy :) yes care but say it like this "I know that this generation has lost its way but i pray and i hope for the best and may all things end in a good way to better this world" something like this I would say is sufficient :)
