All About GOD

All About GOD - Growing Relationships with Jesus and Others

When you focus on our blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.  How do you see Him?  Do you see Him still suspended on the cross or do you see Him as the King who defeated death and rose again?  I think today many Christians "keep" Jesus on the cross.  I am here to proclaim that Jesus is NOT on the cross.  He is sitting at the right hand of the Father in Heaven.  Jesus is the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords and He reigns forever.

Amen Michelle,

Rev 1:12 Then I turned to see the voice that was speaking with me. And having turned I saw seven golden lampstands;

Rev 1:13 and in the middle of the lampstands I saw one like [fn] a son of man, clothed in a robe reaching to the feet, and girded across His chest with a golden sash.

Rev 1:14 His head and His hair were white like white wool, like snow; and His eyes were like a flame of fire.

Rev 1:15 His feet were like burnished bronze, when it has been made to glow in a furnace, and His voice was like the sound of many waters.

Rev 1:16 In His right hand He held seven stars, and out of His mouth came a sharp two-edged sword; and His face was like the sun [fn] shining in its strength.

Rev 1:17 When I saw Him
, I fell at His feet like a dead man. And He placed His right hand on me, saying, "Do not be afraid; I am the first and the last,

Rev 1:18 and the living One; and I [fn] was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore, and I have the keys of death and of Hades.

and this is our Jesus:

Rev 19:11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse, and He who sat on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and wages war.

Rev 19:12 His eyes are a flame of fire, and on His head are many diadems; and He has a name written on Him which no one knows except Himself.

Rev 19:13 He is clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God.

Rev 19:14 And the armies which are in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, were following Him on white horses.

Rev 19:15 From His mouth comes a sharp sword, so that with it He may strike down the nations, and He will [fn] rule them with a rod of iron; and He treads the [fn] wine press of the fierce wrath of God, the Almighty.

Rev 19:16 And on His robe and on His thigh He has a name written, "KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS."

Amen.

Blessings Sis.
In Him, Carla
Amen! Come quickly Lord Jesus..

Phl 2:8 Being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death [fn] on a cross.

Phl 2:9 For this reason also, God highly exalted Him, and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name,

Phl 2:10 so that at the name of Jesus EVERY KNEE WILL BOW, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth,

Phl 2:11 and that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
If Jesus is seated at the fright hand of the Father, [which I believe He is] where then is Christ?
Though Christ is not the last name of Jesus; how do you see Him?
Joe
Just thought I would ask!
Beloved,

>>How Do You SEE Jesus?

Really sis there are no words to describe how I see Him. I understand that you have narrowed the choices down to "on the cross" or "at the right hand of the father," but my Jesus, my Savior He is EVERYTHING TO ME.

HE is the author and the finisher of my faith.

Hebrews 12:2 looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith.

So many people, including Christians, look to themselves. They think that they can "pick themselves up by their bootstraps" and do it themselves. For an unbeliever that isn't so abnormal. That is pretty much the essence of an unbeliever anyway. But for Christians, that should not be so normal, yet it is. My faith has to be in Jesus alone. We walk by faith and not by sight.

It is a must to study and walk by and in faith principles, but don't stop there, having a relationship with God's principles when you can have a relationship with God, the one who gave those principles.

I know I deviated a bit from your post, but sometimesI can't help myself haha

Jesus is:

Colossians 1

15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16 For by him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by him and for him. 17 He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. 18 And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy. 19 For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him, 20 and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross.

Love you sis
