I'm so ashamed of this sin. I think it's the root of my problems but I don't really know. I feel so dejected and disheartened. It's been repeating over and over and over and over. It just has no end. It stops for a while then comes back to terrorize me again. I feel I have no voice because of this. It's so humiliating. I can't talk about it with anyone, not even my parents.
Temptation can never be killed, but can be denied. I have such a difficult time denying it. I'm so frustrated. :(
Do not feel disheartened,temptation can be defeated.
I,myself struggle with the temptation of fornication from time to time.
I tell myself that i have it under control and then it overtakes me time and time again.We cannot deal with temptation by ourselves,we do not have enough willpower.God will not allow you to get tempted above what you can handle.I believe He will help you everytime you get tempted.
Repent and move forward,He loves you so much,He is full of mercy and grace,He always picks us up when we fall.
Do not be ashamed,He will get you through this!

Face it, take it and put the whole burden of sin on lord's feet and surrender to him, ask , speak and talk to almighty lord and seek for his forgiveness, kneel put out your both hands and ask him........ bow down your head and receive the seed of forgiveness by lord's grace, comfort and peace.
the next time you are faced with the same temptation, hear the holy spirit voice, reminding you, heed and seek to the lord again, pray that the holy spirit will grant you the strength to overcome this temptation. you will be filled with the presence of holy spirit and the temptation will disappears from you totally. you will be free from the temptation totally. praise the lord and glory to the lord

Your statement is very true...'Temptation can never be killed, but can be denied.' Temptation is something we can always look forward to dealing with from time to time, but the key is to not focus on the temptation. We are to focus on Jesus. You don't have to beat yourself up everytime you fall into sin. God PAID for your sin by sending Jesus to live a sinless life and die a sinners death. God doesn't get angry, upset, or even punish you when you sin. That is the magnificent beauty of Jesus; He paid for it all! He will not punish you for something that has already been tried in the Court of Justice. God is a just God and will not play double jepordy by punishing you for a sin that was already taken care of 2,000 + years ago. Jesus paid for your past, present, and future sins that day on the cross. Romans 5: 19 "19For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous." Jesus is our righteousness and permits us to enter unto the Throne of Grace by Him. When God looks at a believer, He sees a person covered by His Son's blood, an therefore, sinless (I like to think of it as God's Jesus glasses;). We can come to the Father boldly because we are in right relationship with Him through Jesus Christ. Falling into sin is really falling into the law or falling from grace; It is trying to not sin by our own efforts. The law clearly demonstrates that we cannot do it. We've all lied, stolen, it is apart of our human nature to sin because we are fallen (you don't have to teach a child to sin, but to do good). God permitted the law to show mankind why we are sinners and how much we need a Savior.
It is common to feel frustrated when you are trying to do something that you can't do, at least not by yourself. Don't frustrate yourself, or the grace of God. Gal 2 :21 "21I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain." Paul's says if your righteousness comes from your own effort, then Jesus died for no reason at all.
Your root problem is not the sin, it is not knowing how much God loves you.Concentrate on how much God loves you, that He sent His only Son to gain YOU. If you want to know how much God loves you, then realize how much He loves Jesus because He gave Him up for you. Repent from doing it your way, tell God all your cares, resist the devil and He will flee in Jesus name, read about God's love in His word, and submit to the Holy Spirit. Gal 5:16 "So I say, live by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the sinful nature."
My prayer for you is that of Eph 16-19 For you.. "to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, 19and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God."
