THE POWER THAT IS IN THE NAME OF JESUS IS BECAUSE OF WHAT?

FAMILY I HAD READ THESE VERSES  OVER AND OVER BUT THE HOLY SPIRIT JUST ENLIGHTEN ME ON THIS PART OF IT TONIGHT, THE POWER THAT IS IN THE NAME OF JESUS IS BECAUSE GOD GAVE JESUS HIS VERY OWN  NAME  AND I'M JUST GOING TO ADD SOME SCRIPTURE TO REVEAL WHAT THE HOLY SPIRIT HAS PLACED IN MY HEART 

JOHN 17:11-12

 11“I am no longer in the world; and yet they themselves are in the world, and I come to You. Holy Father, keep them in Your name, the name which You have given Me, that they may be one even as We are.12“While I was with them, I was keeping them in Your name which You have given Me; and I guarded them and not one of them perished but the son of perdition, so that the Scripture would be fulfilled. ( your name that you gave me, GOD GAVE  JESUS HIS NAME  ) NOW DON'T GET ME WRONG FOR I KNOW THAT THEY ARE ONE ,BUT THE NAME, GOD GAVE JESUS HIS NAME ,AND I KNOW  WHAT MATTHEW 1:21 SAY

. 21She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus,^cbecause he will save his people from their sins.” BUT STILL NOT  UNTIL TONIGHT  DID I GET, THAT GOD GAVE JESUS THE MOST POWERFUL NAME IN ALL NAMES BECAUSE IT IS GOD OWN  NAME, WOW

MATTHEW 28:18-20

 18And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, 20teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” ( WOW OK ,THANK YOU JESUS )

PHILIPPIANS 2 :6-11

 6who, although He existed in the form of God, did not regard equality with God a thing to be grasped, 7but emptied Himself, taking the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness of men. 8Being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. 9For this reason also, God highly exalted Him, and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name, 10so that at the name of Jesus EVERY KNEE WILL BOW, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11and that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

God’s Final Word in His Son

      1God, after He spoke long ago to the fathers in the prophets in many portions and in many ways, 2in these last days has spoken to us in His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the world. 3And He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power. When He had made purification of sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, 4having become as much better than the angels, as He has inherited a more excellent name than they.

ACTS 2 :37-42

The Ingathering

      37Now when they heard this, they were pierced to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Brethren, what shall we do?” 38Peter said to them, “Repent, and each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39“For the promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off, as many as the Lord our God will call to Himself.” 40And with many other words he solemnly testified and kept on exhorting them, saying, “Be saved from this perverse generation!” 41So then, those who had received his word were baptized; and that day there were added about three thousand souls. 42They were continually devoting themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.

12“And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved.”

13“Whatever you ask in My name, that will I do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14“If you ask Me anything in My name, I will do it.

26“In that day you will ask in My name, and I do not say to you that I will request of the Father on your behalf; 27for the Father Himself loves you, because you have loved Me and have believed that I came forth from the Father. 28“I came forth from the Father and have come into the world; I am leaving the world again and going to the Father.

24“Until now you have asked for nothing in My name; ask and you will receive, so that your joy may be made full.

16“You did not choose Me but I chose you, and appointed you that you would go and bear fruit, and that your fruit would remain, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name He may give to you. 17“This I command you, that you love one another.
