TODAY'S PRAYER FROM MY HEART

Dear Heavenly Father,
I thank you for being with me
I just want you to know
That my heart still believes in fairy tales
Can You help me let that go?

I don't want to hang on
To anything but You
Will You please just help me
Let go of dreams that don't come true?

Lead me where You want me Lord
Steer my mind and heart away
From the memories of fairy tales
That invade my mind today.

Thankyou Father for all I Do have
You've saved me from myself
These fairy tales don't belong here now
Collecting dust upon the shelf.

Can you help me pack them in a box
And lay them at Your feet?
Maybe find a place to put them
Or for someone else to keep.
