Hi Sarah... How are you? I am stopping by to say 'hey'...and give you this reminder:

2Ti 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

Whenever those negative thoughts come in....say 'no'....that's not my thought. Thank you Lord that you have given me a Spirit of Power, and Love and of a Sound Mind... always praying in Jesus' name.

Love, Carla

Hello sweet sis,
How are you doing today??
I havent heard from you and was wondering how you were doing today. I pray that the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will fill your heart and mind with peace and wisdom. The more Im in His word, the more I see and feel Him trying to help me. Ther eis always something He wants to say. You just need to be really quiet and listen. But sometimes the enemy likes to attack and all of the sudden youll get a negative thought, or the phone will ring,or a dog will bark or this or that.... it is hilarious, yet it sucks when you are in deep meditation. Another problem I have is that I put way too much time and pressure in caring what others think of me. I want to be loved and accepted by all, but it doesnt work that way I have found. The most important person is the Lord and his love. Its hard because iM a touchy feely kind of girl. Its all about how I feel, not based on truth. You and I need to really think about what we are thinking about!!! Dont we? We are not going to love a successful life without successful thinking. and no man or woman can make us feel better or successful except for God. I depend on my husband too much I think, and I end up talking to everyone else except him and God and that i sno good!!! I have learned decernment inj all things. I even have to be careful here too. We are alot alike in this. Once we stat something, and we like it, we get addicted. Next thing you know, you cant keep up with the "jones's" and you end up burned out and stressed out. Am I being real or what??? You have to be careful my friend, anywhere at any time. That is why I dont get online that much. IM trying self control. Its hard, but so far so good. Now that you are back, Ill stick around here a little more!!
Love you
Paige

Hello sweet Sarah....
..I had a realization tonight. You mentioned how strong i am.... Surely you know it is not my Strength but the Lord's...

My realization though....is that the more I pour my life out for others, the stronger I become. People have often said to me...how come you don't often ask for advice... I hadn't really noticed that, sometimes I do...mostly I just talk to God about it though. Then I offer all that He gives me to others...and they in turn are blessed. I am boasting In HIS goodness..not my own. ...Have you read my profile :).....

Lots of Love and Stand Strong...armor on.

Praise God Praise God and Praise God! He is so Awesome! I am so proud of your for pressing on.

1Jo 5:1 Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ is a child of God. And everyone who loves the Father loves his children, too.
1Jo 5:2 We know we love God's children if we love God and obey his commandments.
1Jo 5:3 Loving God means keeping his commandments, and really, that isn't difficult.
1Jo 5:4 For every child of God defeats this evil world by trusting Christ to give the victory.
1Jo 5:5 And the ones who win this battle against the world are the ones who believe that Jesus is the Son of God.

Sophie is so cute! What a sweetheart... God Bless her heart.. :)

Remember each negative thought gets handed over to Christ immediately...Then thank Him for taking it. Praise and Worship always. You are blessed that your husband likes Christian music, you can listen to it freely in your home. Praise God for that.. :)

Thank you so much for your prayers... I will keep you all in my prayers also.

In HIs Great Love,
Carla

Hello Sara
I am sorry about the Instant messaging. Looks like we were playing some tag or something. Well, we will try again. I am soo happy that you are back. I think we all are having a rough time. We all need to stick together hand in hand praying and praising God as we walk this life. Let us look to the eternal rather than the temperal. Anyway, God Bless you and I will try to catch you tomorrow.

Hello sister,
Gee you are making a big comeback. Look at all these wonderful and inspiring messages you are getting. See, we all still love you!
I really wanted to keep in contact with you and didnt want to lose you, but I figured that you had alot going on, so I prayed that maybe youd come back around someday. I went through some "stuff too". You arent alone! But I understand how you feel. Its hard not to think you are alone. It is a dark, lonely, dreary feeling and you think there is no way out. Right? Well, I really dont know what you have been going through but Im just assuming that its similar to what I go through as per our conversations last year. I felt a connection to you and was sad that you left. I am blessed to see you back. If you rather, you can email me on my other email address. My IM is paige_art@hotmail.com. Oh, sorry, did I already give you that???...Sorry! See, Im such a ditz!
Soo much has happened in my life that the Lord has done and allowed to take place. I have had to do alot of growing up in the past few months. Growing pains hurt when you are walkiong in Christ, but it must happen to learn to be a stronger faith filled Christian. I have had my share of disapointments, yet a good amount of blessings in my life. Isnt that how God works? If you are going through a trial, there is always a blessing on the other side. Sometimes it takes a day,a week, amonth,or a year, but it will happen. We can do this together. Hand in hand lets run the race to win girlfriend!! because we are worth it!! I love you and cant wait to see more of you. I want to talk to you soo bad that I can taste it! I miss you and pray that you are doing alright. and tell me about your children. How are they???
God Bless you,sister.
In Him,
Paige

Sarah,
I praise God for His faithfulness to you, O He is Awesome and Holy and Good, I love this scripture so much and especially when I am feeling down,"bless the Lord o my soul and all that is within me, bless His holy name and forget not all His benefits, who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies, who satisfies your mouth with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's, Psalm 103:1,2,3,4,5. God bless you!!!!!!

Hello Sweet Sarah.. Verse of the day:

Romans 4:18
Even when there was no reason for hope, Abraham kept hoping-believing that he would become the father of many nations. For God had said to him, "That's how many descendants you will have!"

Sarah, we have God's promises in the bible, which we have unlimited access to. Study them, pray thanks for them and receive them. They are for you. As you truly believe that the bible is God's Word, you will have no problem accepting those promises for yourself. Know of His Sovereignty.

The Lord Our Maker
January 16, 2009
"O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the LORD our maker." (Psalm 95:6)
Psalms 95-100 seem to form a unit with several common themes running through them, all involving praise to the Lord. One of these major themes is the recognition of the Lord as Maker of heaven and earth. For example, consider Psalm 95:5. "The sea is his, and he made it: and his hands formed the dry land." Thus, God made the earth, including both land and sea. But He also made the heavens! "For all the gods of the nations are idols: but the LORD made the heavens" (Psalm 96:5). Higher and far more complex than any planet of the solar system or any star in the heavens, are the living organisms found only on planet earth--especially human beings--and He made these too. "Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture" (Psalm 100:3). It is significant that these verses all emphasize the activities of God as Maker, rather than as Creator. In the first chapter of Genesis, both types of activity are stressed, the account finally concluding with the summary: "All his work which God created and made" (Genesis 2:3). The two types of work are almost synonymous when referring to the divine activity, but not quite (otherwise "created and made" would be redundant). Specifically, the three acts of true creation in Genesis are the creation of the physical elements of the cosmos, the entity of biological life, and the spiritual image of God in man (Genesis 1:1, 21, 27). These entities God simply called into being, ex nihilo, by His omnipotent Word. Everything else He made, or formed or let be, out of the three basic entities that were specially created. He is both Creator and Maker of all things, and we should worship Him as such. HMM

Love and Blessings, Carla
