My brother, when ever anyone steps out into a new erea of life it can be frightning. It is like Peter who step out on the water and began to sink until He reached out to Jesus and they walked together on the water. If Jesus were writing this note to you He would tell you not to be afraid for He is with you and will not let you fall. He would tell you that no matter how many doubts you have, that if you will just trust him, that you can do anything through Him who gives you strength.
Do not allow allow the lies of the enemy keep you from what God is telling you to do. I have been there in my life where It was very difficult to trust God, but He still brought me through.
Michael you are not alone. Even if you are struggling right now it does not change how God feels about you. Jesus is a friend that will stick closer than a brother and you have many in the family of God from this net who care about you and want to see you become all the Father desires for you. My brother it is good to hear the great news, and I understand your heart about leaving the life you have there, but sometimes God calls us to do things that are hard. If you feel the call of God on your life and God has made this provission for you, It could be the Lord opening a door of opertunity to you. It has been snowing here in Vermont for 2 days and is very cold, but it is beautiful almost pure white with the snow covering the trees.

I saw this vidio and could not resist sharing it with you. It is a letter from Father with an awesome song. My father came to know the Lord 7 years before He died. He was a drunk who The lord showed so much love and mercy to. When He was in the Hospital I took my 2 sons to see Him and I told him in front of my sons that I forgave Him for causing his family so much sorrow and that I loved Him. I thank God for that oppertunity to make peace with Him. He could never show affection or say he loved us, but from the moment my 2 sons and my daughter were born they have never seen thier father drunk, and they have been told that I love and cherish them. Even though my Oldest son Benjamin is almost 24 We always hug and tell each other I love you. My other sons Name is Brennan and He is almost 20 and my daughter Bethany is almost 17. I learned how to be a father because of father Gods love to me and through me. I hope to bless many by sharing the Fathers heart. Bless you Michael. hope to hear from you soon.

God is calling all of us to A ministry. He gave some teachers and some evangelists etcetera. You have lots of opportunity in India. There are some marvelous things happening over there. Leaders will be necessary. I say follow where God leads!

Thank you for your question. Personally, I have no specific idea of what you should do in this situation because I do not know enough about your culture and how these situations are typically handled in your country.

Basically, I see your friend having three choices: 1) submit to the new leadership and follow their directions up as long as they are not commanding him to do something sinful, 2) quit now and look for another teaching position, or 3) follow the principles in Matthew 18:15-17 by showing the principal his sinful behavior (if it really is sinful), taking other witnesses with him and if he refuses to listen then to tell it to the Bishop.

He should not threaten the principal by saying he is going to the Bishop. If it were me, I would not reveal the existence of the recording of the conversation.

Your friend should be prepared to lose his job or suffer other consequences if the principal refuses to listen since it appears the principal had no intention of listening. Your friend should absolutely be sure the behavior of the principal is truly sinful and not just a difference of opinion because your friend will certainly suffer for exposing this. He has to be convinced that it is worth the price he and his family will pay.
