Hi Sister, It just brings tears to my eyes to to see you guys loving on those children and I see you had a princes party. Bethany went to one once at Marcia's house when she was small. I will pray for you and Glen about what you shared with me yesterday. It is the heart of God to care for the orphans, so if you do this it is a good thing.
I told Glen I heard a new Christian comedian, I think this guy Is the one. Please let your dad know that my uncle Richard Holcomb fell and is parralized in Dartmouth, and ask him to lift him up in prayer.

Hebrews 3:6 but Christ was faithful as a Son over His house whose house we are, if we hold fast our confidence and the boast of our hope firm until the end.

Hebrews 4:14 Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession.

Hebrews 4:16 Therefore let us draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

Hebrews 6:11 And we desire that each one of you show the same diligence so as to realize the full assurance of hope until the end.

Father God we come before you and thank you for the wonderful salvation that is ours through Jesus Christ. Holy Spirit help us to hold fast our confidence and the boast of our hope firm until the end. Help us to us hold fast our confession and draw near with confidence to the throne of grace to find mercy and help in our time of need and may we realize the full assurance of hope we have until the end.
In the name of Jesus we pray.

In the love of Jesus

A good reminder of God's Love.
Every Sunday afternoon, after the morning service at the church, the Pastor and his eleven year old son would go out into their town and hand out Gospel Tracts.

This particular Sunday afternoon, as it came time for the Pastor and his son to go to the streets with their tracts, it was very cold outside, as well as pouring down rain. The boy bundled up in his warmest and driest clothes and said, "OK, dad, I'm ready."

His Pastor dad asked, "Ready for what?"

"Dad, it's time we gather our tracts together and go out." Dad responds, "Son, it's very cold outside and it's pouring down rain."

The boy gives his dad a surprised look, asking, "But Dad, aren't people still going to Hell, even though it's raining?"

Dad answers, "Son, I am not going out in this weather." Despondently, the boy asks, "Dad, can I go? Please?"

His father hesitated for a moment then said, "Son, you can go. Here are the tracts, be careful son.."

"Thanks Dad!"

And with that, he was off and out into the rain. his eleven year old boy walked the streets of the town going door to door and handing everybody he met in the street a Gospel Tract.

After two hours of walking in the rain, he was soaking, bone-chilled wet and down to his VERY LAST TRACT. He stopped on a corner and looked for someone to hand a tract to, but the streets were totally deserted.

Then he turned toward the first home he saw and started up the sidewalk to the front door and rang the door bell. He rang the bell, but nobody answered. He rang it again and again, but still no one answered. He waited but still no answer.

Finally, this eleven year old trooper turned to leave, but something stopped him. Again, he turned to the door and rang the bell and knocked loudly on the door with his fist. He waited, something holding him there on the front porch! He rang again and this time the door slowly opened. Standing in the doorway was a very sad-looking elderly lady. She softly asked, "What can I do for you, son?" With radiant eyes and a smile that lit up her world, this little boy said, "Ma'am, I'm sorry if I disturbed you, but I just want to tell you that *JESUS REALLY DOES LOVE YOU* and I came to give you my very last Gospel Tract which will tell you all about JESUS and His great LOVE."

With that, he handed her his last tract and turned to leave. She called to him as he departed. "Thank you, son! And God Bless You!"

Well, the following Sunday morning in church Pastor Dad was in the pulpit. As the service began, he asked, "Does anybody have any test imony or want to say anything?"

Slowly, in the back row of the church, an elderly lady stood to her feet. As she began to speak, a look of glorious radiance came from her face, "No one in this church knows me. I've never been here before. You see, before last Sunday I was not a Christian. My husband passed on some time ago, leaving me totally alone in this world. Last Sunday, being a particularly cold and rainy day, it was even more so in my heart that I came to the end of the line where I no longer had any hope or will to live.

So I took a rope and a chair and ascended the stairway into the attic of my home. I fastened the rope securely to a rafter in the roof, then stood on the chair and fastened the other end of the rope around my neck. Standing on that chair, so lonely and brokenhearted I was about to leap off, when suddenly the loud ringing of my doorbell downstairs startled me. I thought, "I'll wait a minute, and whoever it is will go away." I waited and waited, but the ringing doorbell seemed to get louder and more insistent, and then the person ringing also started knocking loudly. I thought to myself again, "Who on earth could this be? Nobody ever rings my bell or comes to see me." I loosened the rope from my neck and started for the front door, all the while the bell rang louder and louder.

When I opened the door and looked I could hardly believe my eyes, for there on my front porch was the most radiant and angelic little boy I had ever seen in my life. His SMILE, oh, I could never describe it to you! The words that came from his mouth caused my heart that had long been dead, TO LEAP TO LIFE as he exclaimed with a cherub-like voice, "Ma'am, I just came to tell you that JESUS REALLY DOES LOVE YOU." Then he gave me this Gospel Tract that I now hold in my hand.

As the little angel disappeared back out into the cold and rain, I closed my door and read slowly every word of this Gospel Tract. Then I went up to my attic to get my rope and chair. I wouldn't be needing them any more.

You see---I am now a Happy Child of the KING. Since the address of your church was on the back of this Gospel Tract, I have come here to personally say THANK YOU to God's little angel who came just in the nick of time and by so doing, spared my soul from an eternity in hell."

There was not a dry eye in the church. And as shouts of praise and honor to THE KING resounded off the very rafters of the building, Pastor Dad descended from the pulpit to the front pew where the little angel was seated.

He took his son in his arms and sobbed uncontrollably. Probably no church has had a more glorious moment, and probably this universe has never seen a Papa that was more filled with love & honor for his son... Except for One.

Our Father also allowed His Son to go out into a cold and dark world. He received His Son back with joy unspeakable, and as all of heaven shouted praises and honor to The King, the Father sat His beloved Son on a throne far above all principality and power and every name that is named.

Blessed are your eyes for reading this message.

Don't let this message die, read it again and pass it to others. Heaven is for His people!
Remember, God's message CAN make the difference in the life of someone close to you.

Please share this wonderful message...

Hello Maureen,

Since yahoo! refused to open all day, I have decided to beat satan at his own game by using this divine avenue to let not the sun set before I bless u with my fellowship.

My sister, I read Tozer's exposition on 'loneliness' and was truly blessed. I always wonder how the Lord speaks to you to know just the right pearls to share with me. If I remember that distant day that Brother Bob pointed you out for me, I just marvel at the fore-knowledge of God who sees all our spiritual needs and goes out of His way to fulfill them by sending our way human angels. God has enabled me meet some very wonderful people through the Net that it was difficult to imagine existed. How I wish all the world could be "truly evangelised!" We would have many "Maureens" everywhere and that would about heal all the ills that bedevil the earth.

Pass kind regards to Glenn and the cute boys! In Christ's name-Pst. Bernhard C.

Sister Maureen,

I wonder if at all there are many people here at AAG who take their time to prayerfully ask themselves why you have your first posted name called "ACTUAL". How I wish they could have this curiosity!

Well, am glad that a cold day once-upon-a-time I did for you are a goldmine of spiritual nuggets! May God replenish your annointing and insight...

And thinking about yesterday, some things can only be better left unsaid. God sees them all and will reward you in His own appointed time. In my wonderment, I can only do you justice by shouting "WOW!"

I extend to you warm greetings from Mombasa. As you enjoy Logan Brengle...just know that Christ rocks!-Pst. Bernhard C.

Dear Maureen,

Can you imagine...I was here to say hi as usual but before I could do that, I took time to see what your page is preaching today and guess what, the comments of my brother Bob for you just brought tears to my eyes. My sister, you have told me many things...but you have hardly told me that you are a children's advocate...who leads by example! How noble your life is Maureen!!!

I thank God for you...and am glad that Bob saw it fit to count you among the mom's of worth...worth receiving that special video. He is a great man...and I take his judgements very seriously. I am eternally glad that he led me to you 'ab initio!' (from the very beginning!). I have been thinking that if ever a vibrancy trophy could be initiated for those who serve Christ with radiance, Bob could give us all a run for our money! What a blessed place Vermont must be...to contain both you and brother Bob.

Well, may all the delimiting chains be broken in Christ's name!!-Pst. Bernhard C.

I see in Bratengs comment that you haven't been feeling well. i hope today you are feeling better. Please keep me in prayer as my 20 year old son is moving to Bolder Colorado September 1rst. I hate that he is going to be so far away. It is hard to let your kids go, but we must. I just hope that if he gets married and has kids that he will come back to Vermont or I will relocate to where he is.
I sent this video I am going to leave with you also to two mothers in the faith here on the net who deserve an extra mothers day wish. I agree with Brateng that you also deserve an extra mothers day blessing. I hope that many others in our area will follow your example of adoption and becoming a child advocate. Yesterday in church they were looking for volunteers to work at the Fair in a booth for the pregnant center. But I hope that the whole Christian church around the world would begin to push adoption and sponsoring children in in need as advocates. To stop abortion has got to be a priority for all of us and there are many ways to do this. Pastor Bill was talking about how God is setting us free as Christians to do those things God has called us to do. 2 weeks ago Jacob Rice had a vision that He came up on the platform and shared during the service when every one was at the alter crying out to God. He saw the 2 double doors on our church chained shut with 2 black wolves connected to the chains then he saw the chains removed and the wolves were gone. The way Pastor Bill put it is that God is not only going to get in, but we are going to be free in bringing God out of the church and be free in our gifting s. Jacob wrote this song we did twice during the service yesterday. I will leave you with the word of the song along with the video.
In the love of Christ.

Hello Maureen,

This is just to let you know that I slipped in here while you were away...and went out more blessed than when I came.

Your page can as well have the banner for the "Well at Bethesda!" No one who visits here wishing to find the presence of the Lord can go empty handed: there are the visible marks of Jehovah at work in this page!

May God bless you always...and give you increasing joy.

July 4th is the month which I said a prayer when I lived in this apartment since 1993, Lord Jesus this house is yours !
U know, in Chinese calendar tradition, we cannot move in a new home during the Seventh month, it is " Ghost " month !
Anyway, Halleluiah !
God bless you both too.

God is Great. ( Psalm 50:2)
From Zion, perfect in beauty, God shines forth...

I randomly turned to this page this morning,
Just now, I just realized I had a wallpaper as background with this verse !
What an amazing coincidence only God can know.
