Hi Empress. Thanks for the comments. I was also touched by discussion as for as your depression and trying to deal with it. One small piece of advice that I can give to you is somethings we can not do by ourselves. God gave us both practical and spiritual sense. When we have problems that are too hard for us to handle God sends us help in any form. It could be a message from a close friend, or a stranger. It could be help in form of medication to get us back on track. When we try to handle too much in our "OWN" strength, we will always get overwhelmed. (Speaking from experience).
I am guessing that you too have been searching high and low for some type of answer for your life. I can say that I was and by doing that is how I found this website. I thought I had it made. I found a website full of Christians. Christians who don't really know me and would not judge me. I could tell me story and get some insight on my life. Then God said OOOhhhh no you didn't...lol...in my terms.
Seek ye the kingdom of God first and all these things should be added unto you. I forgot what scripture that is in the bible but I am just so excited to give you this revelation that I must keep typing. But what God is telling us..Women that are in the wilderness...to seek him first, not a man, not a website for an answer, not strangers, not alcohol, not drugs(street drugs), not the things of the world. Seek him, gain a close and intimate relationship with him FIRST and then all the things will be added unto you. He will give you the desires of your heart if it is for his glory only. We can tend to be a bit greedy with somethings so we must watch what we pray for and desire.
If you find yourself feeling down more than usually lately...like a deep sadness in your heart...that is so deep that you find yourself saying "why am I so sad" and you start to criticize yourself more than what is normal...everything is focused on the inside of you..then you need to seek help. Talk to a psychiatrist and get some help. God do not want us to live in worry, grief, sadness, depression, and all of the above. He want us to Seek Him first, Love one another, and be content with the things that we have and not to worry about tomorrow. He will guide and help us every step of the way. God is good, and he is not Man that he shall lie. Please, please get some immediate help for your depression if it takes you being prescribed temporary pills for your chemical imbalance to get back focused. That your son would most admire..his mommy is back!! :) My kids did.
Pray, Pray, and pray and ask God for guidance about your relationship. We must remember that if we are doing things that are out of the will of God we could be blocking our blessings. So just ask God for guidance on your relationship also. Read and MEDITATE on the WORD of GOD. That is how he communicates to us...There you can find peace and rest.
Matthew 11:29-30 reads "Take my yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My our is easy and My burden is light"..Ohhh this passage blesses me every time I read it.

Hi, Empress, let me say you are a very pretty girl, and you are young. I don't know what you do for a living. But, girl let me tell you something. Girl go for it. Go back to school if you have to. You can go to school on line at about all schools and universities. Don't struggle all your life. And don't depend on a man. If you have someone that loves you and wants to help you, that's great. But girl get the bull by the horns and go for it. and can become anything you want or anybody you want. With God's help all things are possible. And he will help you, every step of the way. And while your studying you want have time to be depressed. Depend on God he want let you down. Praise God your friend Gail
