Always remember to count our blessings each day, and to
thank God for them! For no matter what we have, when we
look around us, we find others who have less! So never feel
sorry for ourself, instead start counting our blessings, for that
should cheer u up indeed.
Now we know that when things disappoint us, we are sad and
often depressed. However it is written that we should: BE
JOYFUL ALWAYS; PRAY CONTINUALLY; GIVE THANKS IN
ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, FOR THIS IS GOD'S WILL FOR YOU
IN JESUS CHRIST. ( 1 THESSALONIANS 5:16-18 )
Therefore, never feel that God doesn't hear our prayers
because a prayer isn't answered the way we want, or something
goes wrong in our life. For our Heavenly Father always knows
what is best for us, and: HE WILL NOT LEAVE YOU NOR
FORSAKE YOU. ( DEUTERONOMY 31:6 )
So my friend, remember to always: GIVE THANKS TO THE
LORD, CALL ON HIS NAME; MAKE KNOWN AMONG THE
NATIONS WHAT HE HAS DONE for you!
( 1 CHRONICLES 16:8 )
In closing, MAY THE GRACE OF THE LORD JESUS

Long time ago, there was an Emperor who told his horseman that if he could ride on his horse and cover as much land area as he likes, then the Emperor would give him the area of land he has covered.
Sure enough, the horseman quickly jumped onto his horse and rode as fast as possible to cover as much land area as he could. He kept on riding and riding, whipping the horse to go as fast as possible. When he was hungry or tired, he did not stop because he wanted to cover as much area as possible.
Came to a point when he had covered a substantial area and he was exhausted and was dying. Then he asked himself, "Why did I push myself so hard to cover so much land area? Now I am dying and I only need a very small area to bury myself."
The above story is similar with the journey of our Life. We push very hard everyday to make more money, to gain power and recognition. We neglect our health , time with our family and to appreciate the surrounding beauty and the hobbies we love.
One day when we look back , we will realize that we don't really need that much , but then we cannot turn back time for what we have missed.
Life is not about making money, acquiring power or recognition.
not about work!
Work is only necessary to keep us living so as to enjoy the beauty and pleasures of life.. Life is a balance of Work and Play, Family and Personal time.
You have to decide how you want to balance your Life. Define your priorities, realize what you are able to compromise but always let some of your decisions be based on your instincts. Happiness is the meaning and the purpose of Life, the whole aim of human existence. So, take it easy, do what you want to do and appreciate nature. Life is fragile , Life is short. Do not take Life for granted. Live a balanced lifestyle and enjoy Life!

We often face troubling times in our lives that
cause us to worry, and lose sleep. As a child of God you
have Him at your side, holding your hand, and guiding
your pathway through those times. For, THE LORD IS
GOOD, A STRONGHOLD IN THE DAY OF TROUBLE;
AND HE KNOWS THOSE WHO TRUST IN HIM.
( NAHUM 1:7 )
He will never abandon HIS Children, throughout
their entire lives. For He is always with us no matter
what we may face, as He further promised: WHEN YOU
PASS THROUGH THE WATERS, I WILL BE WITH YOU;
AND THROUGH THE RIVERS,* THEY SHALL NOT
OVERFLOW YOU. WHEN YOU WALK THROUGH THE
FIRE,* YOU SHALL NOT BE BURNED, NOR SHALL
THE FLAME SCORCH YOU. ( ISAIAH 43:2 )

Having gone through your page i discovered we have the same passion for lost souls. I will be in prayer with you for your brother. I would also be happy if you could be my friend.
Thank you so very much for inviting me to your group and for writing me! I think we have a few things in common and I do believe God wanted us to Meet!:] That is very interesting to me that you used to be in the wiccan religion and thank God you got saved!!! I had one big talk with my dtr-in-law and we just both argued different points and I finally quit after a while because it led nowhere. For a long time it was SO hard for me cuz that religion seems so against God. She does do witchcraft too. I finally have learned to love her because God wants me to and we do not discuss religion really but if I get a chance to say something about myself like I had been praying about something and it came through I will share it with her. She since has had my beautiful grandson and he is the sweetest thing but I pray daily that God will keep him safe from her false religious practice and God will convict her and my son. My son was saved when he was 8 years old. But after joining the army and going to Egypt for training then Iraq he said he's been all over the world and sees that people worship different things and it's ok and of course marrying her changed him. You can e-mail me so we can talk more, I would like that. I also would like your brother's name so I can pray for him specifically. Can't wait to hear from you!!

It's nice that you can stay at home and be a mom. I've worked most of my married life...but my Husband and I tried to work it so our kids were in someone else's care (a church family member) for a minimum amount of time. I loved home-schooling my 2 younger ones.
I also have a small busiiness (another hat to wear!), making little animals out of clay (everything from aarvaark to zebra!) and selling them at local art shows. But as I take more time on missions I have decreased on art shows. This year I'll do just one - because I want to use the full 2 months vacation from my job at school to be inPeru. Shel
