hello kandy. here's a joke i got from the AAG forum to cheer you up-

BIGGER TURKEY-
A woman walks into a butcher's shop just before closing time and asks, "Do you have any turkey?"

The butcher opens his fridge, takes out his only turkey and puts it on the weighing scales. It weighs six pounds.

The woman looks at the turkey and at the scales and asks, "Do you have one that's a bit bigger than this one, please?" The butcher puts the turkey back into the fridge and then takes it out again, but this time when he puts it on the scales he keeps his thumb on the turkey. The scales now show eight pounds.

"That's wonderful," says the woman. "I'll take both of them, please!"

(Ha ha ha.... gotcha butcher!)

I just read the above about you and what you went through as a christian and after. You went through alot! But praise be to God that you made it, and you are here with us fellowshipping! I have to learn to change my thinking too. I thought that Jesus would just take it all away and heal me in an instant, but no, I had to learn to do it and hang on to God through it all.
Anyway, I added you on my instant messaging. I cant wait to hear from you. You are special to me, to all of us, and mostly to God.

My church has been unoffically open type thing and there is a lot of work due to the official grand opening and the invite of guests and other things as well.
That is it and that is why I've been no that much talking and also helping beef up others on AllAboutGOD.Net to get one more brother to their list.

Anyway, I have been good. Trying to keep focused on God but all kinds of things happen to where its soo hard to concentrate on the Word in the midst of them. Know what I mean?? I do try to spend an adequate amount of time with him, I have a bible study on Wednesdays, and Fridays, I fellowship, go to playgroups for the kids, and I call a friend when I need to. I dont know what else I can do. hmmmm, well, it is a trusting God type of thing that I got to remember. God has always pulled me through this, and that, so what is my problem??? I tell you, Im a slow learner sometimes!!!
What is up with you?? How is everyone?? I pray that you are doing goo and that the Lord is doing a great thing in your walk with Him!

Praise the Lord. God bless you sister in Christ Kandy. Kandy, Kandy, cool name. Thank you for email. "I love coffee when it is hot, grass when it is green, sky when it is blue, and I love you too." Something like that, a song I remembering hearing when I was little Rickee( family used to call me that when I was a little boy). "On fire for the Lord," is something I have not heard in quite a while! Thank you! When my Lord and Savior Jesus got me out of prison, christians said brother Eric is on fire for the Lord! Brother Eric come on up and testify or tell us what has Lord been doing or showing you! Lord leading me, I would begin to tell them. I tell you there were wide open welcoming arms everywhere! Then slowly those open arms began to close. Now it is only if not a handful that are barely open(you are one and many on allaboutGod.net that open arms to me, PRAISE GOD. thank you). Yes these christians started to tell me I am a shooting star and I will burn out soon enough. The ministers and pastors started to tell me I am of the devil and not the Lord. They even tell their congregation to stay away from Eric, he will lead you to hell. Praise wonderful Lord Jesus kept me all those years. This still continues today. Praise God for the blood of Jesus, Holy Spirit, Holy Angels(ministering angels and guardians angels). I believe by faith Lord blessed me to see His mighty angel Michael(another testimony)! God is good! It gives me great joy and love in my heart when someone say "brother" Eric because Lord knows it does get lonely at times. Glory be to God. God bless you again and again.
