hey how are you doing?

i know what you are saying. when i left my old church it was so hard i had been there off and on for about 18 years and of course we went through our share of changes but for the most part the same people were there from when i first started coming. so when my reacher annouced that we were leaving there was tears and everyone came up and told us to keep in touch and topray for them. i really miss that church a lt but i know eventually i will get to go back and see them all and i know they know i think about them everyday.

I was just thinkin about you and wanted to stop in and say hello. I really appreciate all your love,support, and very wise counsel!! i need all the wisdom I can get. I just get soo caught up in all the should do and the could do, that I miss the now. I am a chronic worrier and it drives me nuts. I know all the scripture regarding worry and anxiety, but to put those in practice is another. Im glad I can "cast all cares on Him", Im glad that "His yolk is not heavy and His burden is light", and I know to "not worry about tomorrow for tomorrow has enough worries of its own". To "not worry about what to wear,what to eat,or what to drink. For the birds are provided for with food and shelter. How much more precious I am than the birds", so you know, I get it. But Its obviously hard. Thank you for your prayers. I am glad I am saved and I have Gods love,grace and mercy. Im sure it hurts Him when I have a hard time trusting, but He promised that He would never leave me nor forsake me. Well anyway, I am thankful for you and I hope you are doing well. You are a true blessing from the Lord. Thank you!!!

HI, I LIVE ABOUT 25 MINS. FROM ASTORIA, IF YOU KNOW WHERE THAT IS? I MOVED HERE FROM SC IN JUNE, SO I'M STILL LEARNING ALOT ABOUT THE AREA. I LOVE EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE RAIN. ok thank you. i am truely blessed to have found such great friends. i am having a really bad day. my dad told me that i culd not go to church becusehe wants to tal to me. then my stepmom told him to let me go. so i get to go but now i have a bad feeling about the way things are gonna go tonight. i am hoping eerything goes ok and that he will listen to my side of things but if it goes as it usually does then he will jump down my thoart and then yell at me for something i didnt do.

Praise God for your love! I really appreciate the time you take to put up with my petty worries as a new mom. Im sorry. I know that I get a little too worried about what I "should" do, but I really have no clue what Im doing and how much of it to do. Does that make sense? I love having friends like you who have already been ther and done that so I can soak up all the knowledge that I can. Its so hard now adays to be a Christian in the world today. Especially a Christian mother. I am always bombarded with what people say and what media says about what you "should" do and "should' not do. Its crazy. Anyway, thank you for your message. Thank you for your input. This is what i do on a weekly basis. Let me know if this is adequate enough:
Tuesday night,bible study with child care
Wednesday night.I take care of the nursery with the kids while others are in bible study
Thursday daytime, a playgroup(sometimes itson other days)
Friday night home group/church, with childcare. ~Now, is this enough socializing for now? Now i dont always do all this weekly, but I try for the most part. My husband works really awful hours. he doesnt see the kids till almost midnight most nights. Other nights it is around 8:00 or 9:00 pm. See, I dont know what to do. I feel as if it is all my responsibility to give these kids a social life and I feel so alone. Am I doing enough? Do I need to get out more? Im an artist so IM home doing artwork and my kids are here with me most of the time. Well, now that I have dumped my weekly schedule on you, can you give me some grace and mercy and help a desperate mother of two small children?? I appreciate it. I dont want to go too crazy. Thank you.

Hello sis!!
Im just checking in to see how you are. Did you have a good weekend? Mine went very well. I just joined a Friday night fellowship group at a new friend of mines home and it has really blessed me. I attend a very large church on Sunday, and it has been a blessing to me because I have soo much oppurtunity to serve there, but there is something to be said about small groups. I feel more connected, and I can feel the prescence and love of the Lord a little better. Its convenient to because this friend just lives down the street from me. Im glad since I moved to a new area that God has provided me some realiy wonderful Christian friends. But anyway, Its getting a bit cold out here in Utah. We should be seeing some snow here pretty soon.
Anyway, I have a really dumb question. My son will be four in December. am i bad that I havent put him in a preschool yet? He isnt in daycare because IM home with him, but we do the playdate thing alot and I do work at the church. What is your opinion on preschool? Do you prefer homeschool verses public school?? Hey I'm great @ packing!, Be sure to bring a can opener!; cell phones,chargers, batteries,flashlights,tools,extra long hvy duty extension cords, fix a flat, Blankets; its cold up there now. and on & on... and a good all weather Radio, GPS wouldnt hurt either. get a printout of your rods/trip before hand too. it comes in handy. there are many ways to get road maps; GOOGlemaps is just one type.
