At 90 George Street Parramatta on Saturday morning we had about fifty homeless and guests attend the FGBMFI brekky, a lot of ministry took place - hard to know how many gave their life to Jesus as we present an open en-mass invitation for attendees to repent of their sins and surrender to Jesus, and receive the Holy Spirit, most of our guests are saved and still repeat the prayer words given (as i do too) It is very rewarding to see lives change as they keep attending and hear the testimonies and the gospel.

On Saturday afternoon at the Holy Spirits Workshop we had about twelve visitors. I witnessed demons talking and being cast out and one lady who had RSI in her wrists and after she was prayed for she was able to move her thumb from a closed position to fully open and 90% of the pain left her and it was left for another to pray for her to heal the other 10%, I trust that happened before she left. The interesting thing is that each Saturday that she has come her wrists have been freed up to have full movement and all pain goes for the rest of the Saturday and Sunday and when she goes back to work on Monday the pain and restricted movement returns. Then it is the back to the HSW and it has been like this for several weeks, she is a Chinese lady and has received salvation and has asked the Holy Spirit to live in her, so I do not know why she does not stay healed, any comments?
Another young Chinese girl who is wheelchair bound and has been coming for two or three weeks is improving really well, she and her husband are very pleased with what the Lord has done for her so far, we are expecting for her to be healed and able to get up and walk next week.
Another lady - (an Aussie) is also wheelchair bound (suffering from Cerebral Palsy) has been coming for several weeks she is able to move her foot up quite high whereas before she could not move it at all apparently this is significant progress for such a condition we are also expecting for her to be completely healed and get up and walk next week.
I repent before the Lord that I am not able to do all of what He said that those who believe in Him would do, especially the laying on of hands and the sick would be well. - Casting out demons - yes, speaking in new tongues - yes, picking up snakes and drinking deadly poison - well if and when it happens - I hope no harm will come to me. But the laying on of hands and always healing the sick - no, thus my repentance!
I just love Saturdays and witnessing the presence of the Lord and His works.
Another Chines man was asked if he would like prayer and his sister said that he was not 'saved' yet so he was asked if he would like to tonight and he said that he had not made up his mind yet and the fellow who was talking to him uncharacteristically abruptly asked him to make him to make his mind up right now "Choose life or death - your choice now do you choose life?" he nodded and said yes repented and accepted Jesus and asked the Holy Spirit to come live in him too.
The fellow said to him later that he hoped he did not seem to be rude as the Lord is not rude and the man said no not rude at all, praise God must have been what he needed to make the decision.
Many other things were happening around me but one cannot witness it all - unfortunately - I just love the Lord.

Another encouraging Testimony this time from the Philippines, isn't God great!

Testimony - HSW in Philippines
3 April 2009
From Pastor Ebenezer Ungriano:
Last Sunday, 29th March 2009, I was invited to preach in one of the local churches here in GMA Cavite, Philippines. A man came forward during the altar call and as he was walking, I saw him limping and in pain. The Spirit of the Lord spoke deep inside my heart to pray for this person first because he had suffered a stroke, which was why half of his body was paralysed. After the prayer, I asked him how he felt and he said he felt a warm tingling electrical sensation in his body and he started stamping his right foot, which he could not do for the past few months. Then I held his right arm and asked him to lift it up, but the pain was still there. So I held it as I prayed for it and rebuked the pain to go and immediately he could swing his arms around and he said that there was no more pain.

Soul food for the Day: The CENTER...

The center chapter of the BIBLE is Psalm 118.. there are 594 chapters before and after Psalm 118
And if we will add this we will get 1188... in which the center verse of the BIBLE is PSALM 118:8
What is the significant of Psalm 118:8 in God's perfect will for our lives?
It is better to trust in the LORD, than to put confidence in man.-- Psalm 118:8

When things get tough, always remember faith doesn't get you around trouble..
it gets you through it!
When you relinquish the desire to control your future you obtain happiness...

Prayer:
Father God, bless my friend in whatever it is that you know he/she may be needing this day....
May thier life be full of your peace, prosperity and power as they seek to have closer relationship with you. Amen...

Welcome to AAG. We want your experience here to be positive and uplifting. There are a couple of things that can help you maximize your experience.

Forums and Blogs: Forums are for asking questions and for sharing a response to a question someone has posted. This is a great opportunity for “iron to sharpen iron.” Blogs are for posting an opinion, view or specific message regarding a subject.

Making New Friends: You will make many new friends here on AAG. Some will send a friend invite to you. You have the choice to accept or decline. When an invite has been sent to you the “My Friends” in the upper right box on your home page will be followed by the word “New”.” Simply click on the icon and make your choice. To invite someone to be your friend you simply need to go to their home page and click on “add as friend” under their personal photo. Once someone is your friend you will be able to email each of your friends on AAG. You can also leave a message on someone personal page, but note that everyone will be able to read what you leave there.

Chat Box: There is a chat box accessible from the bottom of every page here on AAG. It is a great place to get to know people better.

Private Chats: You can invite anyone who is on line to a private chat by clicking on their picture located at the upper right part of the page followed by clicking on “Private Chat.”.

Videos: You can also upload Christian videos on the AAG main page or watch them. They are located down the left side of the main page.

If you have any questions feel free to ask. We are here to serve you to the best of our abilities.

We are glad you are here,
LT

Greetings in the Lord! This is Bob, one of TheNET Moderators. Welcome! We're glad you are here!

I also was a member of FGBMFI for a number of years in the 1980s until it faded out in Vermont and gave rise to the Promise Keepers movement. There is a new men's movement called Christian Men's Fraternity that is on the horizon now. I am going to be at a men's retreat this weekend where we are going to be introduced to this what sounds like a great men's program.
I have included some links to help you navigate around the site. You may want to check out the Footprints group, the Links for Growth forum for great tips on how to grow in Christ, and Miracle Grow to help you get closer to God every day.

Once again, thanks for joining TheNET. I hope you make lots of good friends here and keep growing in the wisdom and knowledge of the Lord.

Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions. I look forward to getting to know you.

In the love of Jesus.
Bob

WELCOME TO AAG, here's a joke to welcome u here-

BIGGER TURKEY-
A woman walks into a butcher's shop just before closing time and asks, "Do you have any turkey?"

The butcher opens his fridge, takes out his only turkey and puts it on the weighing scales. It weighs six pounds.

The woman looks at the turkey and at the scales and asks, "Do you have one that's a bit bigger than this one, please?" The butcher puts the turkey back into the fridge and then takes it out again, but this time when he puts it on the scales he keeps his thumb on the turkey. The scales now show eight pounds.

"That's wonderful," says the woman. "I'll take both of them, please!"

(Ha ha ha.... gotcha butcher!)
