Trusting in the Darkness

I own my own business. As a life coach, my business rates in Catagory 3. Catagory 1 has to do with shelter and food; Catagory 2 is about dental care and gas. Catagory 3 is about interior decorators and counselors. There are days when I can't see where the next client is coming from and I feel troubled.

My husband of 36 years just completed seven weeks of daily radiation/chemo for cancer. I think he is going to live, but sometimes I feel troubled.

The uncertainty of life has a way of derailing me sometimes. This is very difficult for an Encourager. I look at life with spiritual optimism and teach others to do the same. But I too need a word sometimes from those who can remind me of the faithfulness of God and his love for me.

Just for today, I will lean on the promises of God that tell me I will always be okay no matter what happens. And I would love to hear from you - encouraging words and stories about how God reached through your darkness to bring you into His light.
