The Prophetic Voice

Many people every day...have something...they want to say

and we decide to listen or not by simply saying...yea or nay

The precious Word of the Lord...in the Bible...is found written

and there are many times we read and find ourselves...smitten

God will send someone to speak a word...bringing unto us hope

and many times we hear this word...but we reject and say nope

We desire to bring praise to ourselves...by going...our own way

and we do not take the time to count the cost...of what we'll pay

When God speaks to us...there are times...when we will not hear

because we have been distracted and oh we cry...yes many a tear

But, when we get our hearts right with God...then...we can rejoice

for God will send unto us...His instruction by...The Prophetic voice
