My personal belief is that all feasts and commandments etc were given for our benefit, for a reason.
Once you understand the reasoning/purpose of the feasts etc, you then will know if they aught be celebrated still today.
Just as tithing was a commandment, Jesus rebuked someone harshly saying 'you are so careful to tithe even the smallest of your income, yet your mother asks for money and you leave her destitute.' I think knowing the point of the commandment is essential.
My personal belief is that the feasts were celebrations to prepare the hearts and minds of the people of the day for the comming of Jesus, and all that he and his death and rising again represents.
I also believe some celebrations were to teach us to rejoice in the might and the glory of our Father, acknowledging the testimonies given to persons through the victory he brought in those times.
