PSALM 125 DEVOTIONAL-SECURITY IN THE LORD

PSALM 125 DEVOTIONAL-SECURITY IN THE LORD

As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the Lord is round about His people from henceforth even for ever.

This is the verse that really spoke to me in this Psalm. What protection, what security we have in knowing that our God is like a mighty mountain range all around us! How small and weak we are in His hand yet we are big and strong because of that hand that holds us and protects us. There is no better security in all the universe than there is when we are resting in His hands like babies in a cradle rocked gently in His comfort, mercy and warmth of His love. PRAISE GOD, PRAISE HIS HOLY NAME!! I am so happy to be His child being raised up in HIS hands! AMEN!

Psalm 125 (King James Version)

1They that trust in the LORD shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth

for ever.

2As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the LORD is round about his people from

henceforth even for ever.

3For the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous; lest the righteous put

forth their hands unto iniquity.

4Do good, O LORD, unto those that be good, and to them that are upright in their hearts.

5As for such as turn aside unto their crooked ways, the LORD shall lead them forth with the

workers of iniquity: but peace shall be upon Israel

PRAISE GOD!!!! THANKYOU LORD for this door you have given me to walk through.Thankyou for the church You led me to three summers ago in the place I have so longed to live for so many years. This church calls to me and I know it is part of Your plans for me. I will serve You Lord and I pray that I can live up to whatever Your plans for me are there. I praise You as only You are worthy.
