PSALM 110-KEEPING YOUR CHIN UP

Oh how much our Jesus suffered at the hands of His enemies! He did nothing wrong yet was pummeled,beaten,tortured and nailed to a cross. His enemies hated Him only because they did not believe Him and they felt convicted by His teaching of the TRUTH. Those enemies thought they had won the victory when Christ took His last breath. But lo and behold the earth shook and the curtain was torn from top to bottom and our Lord rose again in three days. VICTORY BELONGS TO THE LORD!! Victory belongs to His children through Him. A good brother always says “Keep your chin up” and so, this we shall do as we wait for Christ’s return. One day the earth will shake once more and all those who remained standing in faith on His Holy Name will be victorious and be seated next to Him at the right side of our Almighty Father. So, AMEN to keeping our chins up, for God will lift up our heads. No enemy shall ever rise against us again!! Oh WHAT A GLORIOUS DAY THAT WILL BE. HALLEJUYAH!!
Revelation 21:4-5
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. 5And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. Comment by Grace by the Lake on July 11, 2010 at 12:12am: I found that since I have become Born Again in Christ, He empowers me more and more every day to say the right words with Grace and if that person cannot respect what you say and turns it around and lies about it(which has happened to me even by professed Christians)time and time again even after voicing to them as gracefully as possible your hurt,then it is time to walk away and continue to pray for them to be healed and delivered from the mean Spirit that lives within them. Granted sis Annie, this takes a lot of time with our Lord to be able to do this . He empowers us and the one fruit of the Spirit called "Self Control" will grow. I know that to you this may sound like just words to you but believe me God will change how you react over time. We also need to examine ourselves and our own hearts. Yes we are sensitive,yes we get hurt,yes we are human and feel pain but we can also change the way we react with God's help and you know, those mean spirited people will eventually get bored when they no longer get any response.Instead of holding our pain in , give it to the Lord and be at peace with Him. Look around at the good things,go for a walk in God's beautiful creation.Most of all HAVE FAITH AND TRUST HIM to get you through those times. I am praying for you sis and will keep you in prayer. I have been so beaten up emotionally, I dont know if God even loves me right now. Who gives people the right to abuse those who are unwell and already suffering. I've never heard of such a thing and shall never recover from what they have done.. Why can't I break this cycle of abuse over my life since i was a child? I feel so threatened.... I did nothing to these people, and now I feel angry, because they seem to be happy and feel safe, they get to sleep at night.
