Tonight was Halloween night. I know that the kids get excited about certain scary stuff. However, I think Halloween can cause a little bad than good. I spent the whole day preparing the "perfect" Halloween party for my step-children. They invited some friends over. Well, around 7:00 p.m. a mother came into my house holding my baby which is a small yorki dog. I have owned this dog for over five years with no health problems. She ran over my dog with her car. I was furious. She claimed it was an accident but still it hurt a lot to see my sweet dog on his way to death. I tore out of my costume and grabbed my dog and headed to the 24 hour emergency vet. My husband stayed with all the kids so they could continue w/their "Halloween" party. Tonight has been terrible. My dog is in the hospital tonight and his hips have been fractured. Please pray for my dog. He is my buddy. I plan to visit him first thing in the morning. I will keep u guys posted about Mr.Addie my yorkie. Thanks for the prayers!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank-you for the sweet compliment! I picked Mr.Addie up this morning. He was feeling a little sleepy but he has been receiving pain medication throughout the night. His leg is starting to heal. However, he has to visit another doctor this afternoon. I have him in a laundry basket with his favorite toy. He is scheduled for surgery hopefully this Wednesday. We will see what the doctor says this afternoon. Thank-you for all your prayers. Jesus heard all the prayer requests. My dog is doing good. Thank-you for your compassion.

Dear Jen Hemmings,Bev, and AdvocateforJesus:
Thank-you from the bottom of my heart for your compassion. I cried all last night and most of the morning. I went to check on Mr.Addie this morning at the hospital. There was another doctor taking care of my baby. My step-son carried Addie's favorite doggie blanket and his favorite rabbit toy. When Addie heard my voice he tried to move a lot in the kennel. He started to yelp in pain which again broke my heart. I took his blanket and wrapped the blanket around him and I placed his rabbit under his chin. He settled down and fell asleep. My husband and I spoke to the doctor. Addie has to stay another night at the vet'soffice. Addie can come home tomorrow around 8:00 a.m. I have to keep him in a laundry basket where he will hopefully stay still. His hip surgery is scheduled for this Wednesday. He will have to use a wheelchair for six months. Since he is only five years old he hopefully will have a successful surgery. I will keep everybody updated on Mr.Addie. He appreciates your prayers.Jesus is watching over Addie. God bless everybody!!!!!!!!!!!!
