Mid Day Prayer and Pick-me-up

Below is for someone needing a little mid-day prayer.....

Dear Father in Heaven

We thank you for this lunchtime meal,

allowing respite during the miday ordeal.

The day is half over and has become so hectic,

We pray that we remember to You we must stick.

We thank you for this time together

Please help us to always love one another.

We thank you for this precious time

And pray that the rest of the day is more sublime.

As always, we pray for those who have no bread;

we pray that through Your love they will be fed.

As we continue to work through this day,

let us work to walk in Your way.

In Jesus name we pray,
