Let It Go

Let it go! These words has been used in a variety of ways. Even from children we hear, let it go, its mine! I was pondering on things that stop the flow of God in a persons life and Naman came to mind. We find him in the book of Esther , who was quickly promoted to be the kings right hand man. He had riches in abundance and power over princes , but he had one thing he wouldn't let go of , his hate for a Jewish man named Mordecai . As we read on Mordecai was promoted to leadership while Naman was hanged on a gallows he had made for Mordecai. I wonder at times if that's all that stands
between us and the greatest blessing we have ever known. Not letting go of one thing. It seems there's always that one thing in our life standing like goliath challenging us. If that's the issue in your life, May God grant you grace to L.E.T. G.O.

Esther 5:13 Yet all this benefits me nothing as long as I see Mordecai , sitting at the kings gate!

WE ARE ALL GUILTY OF LETTING THE LITTLE FOXES STEAL THE VINES. THEY MAY BE SMALL OR IT MAY BE BIG. WHATEVER IT IS, WE MUST PRAY THAT THE LORD WILL CONVICT US SO THAT WE CAN RELEASE IT. THIS IS SOMETIMES DIFFICULT TO DO. IF IT IS ONE OF YOUR CHILDREN, THIS IS A HARD ONE. AFTER MANY YEARS OF DEALING WITH MY OLDER DAUGHTER'S ADDICTION PROBLEMS, I FINALLY LET GO AND LET GOD HAVE IT. NOW I HAVE MY PEACE NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS NOTHING CAN SEPERATE ME FROM THE LOVE OF CHRIST!!!! NOTHING!!!!! LETTING GO CAN BE TUFF, BUT WE CAN'T DO GOD'S JOB, IF WE TRY, WE MAKE THINGS WORSE. FORGIVENESS IS A BIG ONE!!! WE REALLY DO OURSELVES A GREAT INJUSTICE WHEN WE DON'T FORGIVE THE PERSON OR PEOPLE WHO HAVE WRONGED US. WHEN WE FORGIVE WE ARE NOT ONLY RELEASING THEM BUT OURSELVES AS WELL. THAT'S NOT TO SAY THAT SATAN WON'T RAISE HIS UGLY HEAD UP AND TRY TO PUT IT BACK ON YOU. YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY REBUKE HIM AND STAND ON GOD'S WORD. HE EVENTUALLY HAS TO GO!!! I PRAY THAT THE LORD WILL CAUSE CONVICTION ON US ALL WHEN HANG ON TO HATE, ANGER, UNFORGIVENESS, WHATEVER IT IS THAT IS SEPERATING US FROM THE LORD. AMEN
