False Professors

Dear Friends,
One of the most difficult things for “believers” to do, is to take an honest look within. It’s easy to “examine” others, but what about us? After all, on judgment day, our own personal account will be under very close scrutiny, without deception, nothing hidden. Everything will be laid open and bare. So I would think it better to take a look now, than later.
I’m going to ask you to do something that will take a lot of courage on your part. I’m going to ask you to read the following, prayerfully. When Jesus told His disciples that one would betray Him, what was their question? “Is it I”? That is the question I want you to ask yourself, as I have done while reading this. “Is it I, Lord”?
The following is not easy to read honestly, but please trust me, it is oh so necessary. It could not be more important in this hour, for you, and for me. As soon as I publish this, I’m going to read it again. Then I will continue to meditate on it, and pray that God will so burden me that I will never forget what our dear brother left for us.
