End or beginning?

As a Christian I am troubled by the condition of the world around me. I am saddened by the heartache and suffering that seems to be prevalent in peoples lives. I am appalled at the audacity of the godless in their thumbing of their noses at God and his ways! These are all signs of the times! God comes for those that love him. He comes soon! I believe very soon. Scripture tells us a little about what this world will be like just before he returns for his people. I find the description of the world being like it was in the days of Noah as most revealing to me. If this truly be the time in which I live,the world enters into a time of trouble such as never seen before. This explains many things to me that are going on in the world right now. In seeing these things I am heartened by knowing that God told us these things were going to be. He knew people were going to be like they are today. He knew what the results of separation from him were likely to be.
It is only his mercy and grace that has prevented the world from falling into total anarchy before now.
I believe that for God to accomplish his plan of redemption for mankind and restore this planet to divine rule he must remove the restraining hand of mercy from the hearts of men. God means to leave men to their own wicked ways just before he returns. His perfect plan will show the whole universe that Jesus is indeed lord and that God as creator was right and just in his plan all along.
God's erradication of sin in this world will be shown to be just and according to plan.
This world is entering into a time of judgement, final judgement. I find salvation from this judgement in the same place I have always found it. In the shed blood of my lord Jesus the Christ! This plan was laid down for me at the foundations of the earth. It is the only thing that has kept this world from destroying itself all these centuries and sustains it now. It is and will always be grace that sustains us.
As we move into this time of trouble we can rely on that which we always have. The saving grace of our lord in heaven who means to be among us once again. His promises have always held true and we can still trust in them. As the world comes apart around us let us rely on that which we know to be true, the love of God. May his will be found in my heart. Dear brothers and sisters, may his will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Amen
