Depression Because of Unemployment
With the economy being the way it is, I am sure there are many on this site who are dealing with unemployment. Unemploment can cause you to become bored, lazy, and eventually depressed. Conditions such as this could also make us become weak in faith if we don't be careful. Jesus calls us to commit our lives to an invisible kingdom, the "kingdom of heaven". Our status in this world does not guarantee our status in the kingdom of heaven. So if anybody starts to feel discouraged or depressed, remember what our Lord tells us: "seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all other things will be added to you".

Hello everyone and God bless. Something truely amazing happened to me yesterday. After I posted this blog, I was chatting with Nancy for a little while. I asked her to pray for me for work. Five minutes after we finished chatting, I got a call from a man who I talked to before. He asked me if I could come down and finish a small project he started. I did so and now he wants his whole kitchen remodeled. He also wants me to work for him once his business in Philly picks up. God works in amazing ways! Praise God! Praise God! May He bless everyone else on thier efforts.
