Why do people brag? People brag when they are not humble, very selfish and only think of and love themselves. We like to brag about a lot of stuff, like new clothes (for girls) and a brand new model airplane or dirtbikes (for boys).
But when you brag, you sin. When you sin, God is sad. But when we boast about God, He likes that.
Nobody should seek his own good, but the good of others. (1 Corinthians 10:24)
