All About GOD - Growing Relationships with Jesus and Others

You know I don't know if anybody  talks about the side of un forgiveness that both sides suffers. Not just the one who has un forgiveness  but the one who is unforgiven as well. Un forgiveness  is a bad fruit. And we know that God tells us to always be forgiving ,just as Christ our Lord does all the time. As the word of God says in Colossians 3:13-  Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. I can honestly say I went through periods in my life and it still creeps in sometimes. Were I did not want to forgive my enemies , even bless them and show them love. That's is the truth. I just thought to myself that what they did to me, is not right. And the whole time I was the one practicing  unforgiveness.  ANd we know that unforgiveness opens the door to tormentors. As the word of God says in Matthew 18:34-  In anger his master handed him over to the jailers to be tortured, until he should pay back all he owed. So let's just say their is consequences that happen to us when we do not forgive.  And we are called to bear fruit to love . AS the word of God says in Galatians 5: 22-    But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,. We also know that when we feel like we don't deserve what has happen to us. We can very much be expressing the attitude of pride. And we know that God does not like that. As the word of God says in James 4:6-

“God opposes the proud
Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.”.     The punishment inflicted on him by the majority is sufficient.  Suffering from a person who has  unforgiveness  is very heavy. You know that was what David went through with Absalom. Absalom blame his father for the injustice of his sister Tamar. ANd he did not like how David handle it. So that spirit of unforgiveness enter Abaslom cause him to rebelled against his father and to turn against his own father. He did not even want to be in his own company. He had people join his side, who knew David was kind etc.  David went through a lot because of Abaslom unforgiveness. Just to give you a bit of it. If you want to read the whole story look at 2 Samuel 13-18. Absalom ending was indeed tragic. You also suffer from the hand of the unforgiver. Whatever their actions and deeds are toward you.. As the word  of God says in  Matthew 18:28-“But when that servant went out, he found one of his fellow servants who owed him a hundred silver coins.[i] He grabbed him and began to choke him. ‘Pay back what you owe me!’ he demanded. Plus it gives the devil a foothold to your life. As the word of God says in 2 Corinthians 2:11-  in order that Satan might not outwit us. For we are not unaware of his schemes. So to handle a person who does not show you love is to treat them with kindness regardless of the deep pain they cause you. I know it hurts, and you can't  get the trauma out of your mind, and just have suffer so much by their hands.  But  remember to go to Jesus with your healing and let him heal you of your wounds and then tell him how you feel about that person or people. Trust in the Lord with all your heart. If he could forgive all of us, he sure can help  to you to forgive you too.

If you want to have a relationship with Jesus say this prayer. Lord Jesus I am the one who has shown hatred toward you. I am the one who is alienated because of my sins. But thank you that you have shown me your kindness and overlook my faults. I love you Jesus very much. I love how you love very much. I thank you for dying, and being buried and rising again. So I can live with you forever. And now Good Savior fill me with your Holy Spirit.in Jesus Name.AMen

Praise God you are new creation, Go to a God fearing church, get a New King James version bible, and have fellowship with the body of Christ.  And read your bible daily, pray daily, and live it out.
