Hi Family of Christ,

My boss called me in her office this morning and she talked about my performance at work..I was somehow not rendering good performance, not meeting the company's standard and she's expecting much more from me or else I will be transferred to another department which is on the graveyard shift(all employees hate this schedule). We talked and she evaluated my work. I was doing good but not that very good. In the end, she told me this line that really had an impact on me, it goes like this: "Ella, you just need to have a positive mind since you are close to the Lord." I was in silence and thought about it for a while. She was right, and by the way she's not a Christian and I was trying to win her for the Lord.

Well, I just wanna share this story because I believe we have to be at our best in everything we do, on what job we have so that other people will see the light of the Lord shining upon us. If not, if we consistently don't pay attention we may not be a good ambassador of Christ. So here goes one of my life verses: Corinthians 10:31 So whether you eat or drink. whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.
