An Awesome Anointing

To my dear friends who read my blog, I pray that you will be encouraged by it and that you will get closer to God through it.

While I was on holiday here in Coventry, UK, my dear friend and I went to a midweek service of which he is part of the Worship Team. It was nice to get together with his church family again as I had already met them on the Sunday.

After the Word of God was preached, people were encouraged to go out for prayer. I didn't think I needed prayer at that time and so I just stood to one side of the room lifting my hands in praise and worship to God.

It was planned that I was going to sing a song that my dear friend/brother in the Lord had written, but God had other plans ha ha.

While standing there, a dear Sister in the Lord , who has a Prophetic Ministry came up to me and told me that God has not finished with me yet, in fact He has only just started.(bearing in mind that I am 61 years of age lol). She prayed for me and the next thing I knew I was on the floor.

I was just recovering from that awesome experience as I sat down on a chair, and the Pastor called me by name and asked me to go up for more prayer. He confirmed what my dear sister in the Lord had shared with me. He shared other things too, but I can't remember much of it. He prayed for me again and WOW it happened AGAIN. I was on the floor. I was sat there saying " Father, what are you doing to me?"

I couldn't get up for a while, I was drunk in the Holy Spirit, what an awesome feeling, the Power of God that was in that room was Electric so to speak.

I had to tell my friend that he would have to drive home, I wasn't in a fit state, haha. All the glory goes to Almighty God.

To say the least, I am still reeling from this Powerful anointing from God for ministry, which a few of you know is for singing.

May the Lord bless you as you read this testimony of the Power Of God. If He can touch me like that He can touch anybody who is open to Him and faithful to His calling on our lives. amen.
