Matthew 12:36 - 37
36But I tell you that men will have to give account on the day of judgment for every careless word they have spoken. 37For by your words you will be acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned.”
Ephesians 4:29
Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.
>May we all be an example to others as we are living the word of God.
As Paul advice Timothy to set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity. /strong>
Paul addresses the believers for this, but how much more will we supposed to set an example for the unbelievers... Many times it is easy say this and that.. but the issue is not just what we say, the issue is are what we are saying being seen in our lives?. Remember we will be accountable before God when the day comes of everything we say or do..
May we all be the shining light to others with the help of God specially for the unbelievers, that they may see the CHRIST in us and that will lead to their salvation.
