All About GOD - Growing Relationships with Jesus and Others

2 Cor 4:7-9 GWT
7Our bodies are made of clay, yet we have the treasure of the Good News in them. This shows that the superior power of this treasure belongs to God and doesn't come from us.
We are able to show those around us. The benefit's of the power we have inside us.
We can remind ourselves of this truth, weak our bodies may be, but powerful is God.
8 In every way we're troubled, but we aren't crushed by our troubles. We're frustrated, but we don't give up. 9 We're persecuted, but we're not abandoned. We're captured, but we're not killed.
When life seems to be crashing in around me. My body seems to be rebelling against.
My hands are jealous, of the attention I give my back. So they start complaining. Some
other part like my knee’s see that so they start. Or the bank seems to have a different
point-of-view, then I do about money. I remember these verses, and become stronger
in my trust in Jesus. My body like clay is breakable. However, because of the message
about Jesus, that I carry w/in. And that “treasure belongs to God.”
Though I may have troubles, I will not be crushed by them. I might be frustrated or as another version say “perplexed,” but not in despair. Persecuted, not abandoned. And even
I might be captured, but not killed. In the end even , to death. To Jesus be all the Glory.
