Comment by Andrea Haase on December 6, 2009 at 11:11pm: I BELIEVE IT MEANS A WOMAN WHO TRULY BELIEVES IN GOD, A WOMAN WHO READS THE WORD AND LIVES THE WORD OF GOD. NOT NECESSARILY A PASTOR OR PREACHER BUT MOST LIKELY AN INTERCESSOR. DOESN'T HAVE TO HAVE A GREAT POSITION BUT IS POSITIONED WITH THE MOVE OF GOD. THIS IS A WOMAN WHO SPENDS SOME QUALITY TIME WITH GOD AND YOU CAN SEE AND FEEL THE ANOINTING OF GOD ON HER LIFE.
