Scriptural Reading: Proverbs 1:7
Fear is the thing that has been showing up right now and we cannot help but see it very clearly and what makes it alarming is that we see it with our human minds.
The fear of the Lord…Continue

Scriptural Reading: 2 Chronicles 7:14
It is not that I am compelled with my feelings to share this but rather have this thing that God wants us to know. Currently we are now facing a predicament with a virus that cannot be stopped and it is found everywhere in this world and to make mention even the experts as facing the wall.
If my people, which are called by my…Continue
Scriptural Readings: Matthew 4:4
Have we given serious thoughts about how important words are or just even a word? In school we were taught that a sentence is a word or words grammatically linked, complete in itself together conveying a statement, question, exclamation, or command. But does this mean anything? A lot!
Words are not just bunch of letters constructed in a sentence all lined up in a…Continue

Scriptural Readings: Matthew 13:2-3; 10-11; 13; 15
Iam not really quite sure nowadays if a lot of us would be thrilled with our e mails or being scared the living daylights out of it. One thing sure about it is that messages would pop out that would bring all about happiness or the exact opposite.
v. 2 And great multitudes were gathered together unto him, so that he went into a ship, and…Continue

Living nowadays is a nerve wracking thing if not for a lot of us maybe for some and anxiety is a normal thing for humans to have. It might sound strange but I believe there is way we can handle this.
I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now…Continue

Luke 22:42; I Peter 4:1-2
Pain is the last thing that we wish we would have and this is not a strange thing for us too. In fact this is the thing that the Lord Jesus Christ has to endure. What we know about pain is that it lingers but to know exactly why we are hurting and why we deserve to be in pain sometimes is a big question. One thing though that is surprisingly true is that it…Continue

Scriptural Readings: John 20:24-29
Feelings are attached to our lives. It is a part of us. We cannot be detached from them. The problem is sometimes we are too dependent on them or in some cases we juggle our faith with our feelings. This should not be the case. We should put into our whole being that we should live by faith and not by…Continue

Scriptural Readings: Luke 17:11-19
To some saying thank you seem to be just a bunch of words. Maybe a lot of us do really mean it but for some it is just a part of speech. Do we gain something when we say thank you? Usually it is a feeling which we cannot explain. Do we really mean thank you…Continue

Scriptural Readings: Psalms 147:5; Hebrews 13:20-21
We are imperfect and we know this perfectly to ourselves. The year is about to end and most of us are still struggling on somethings and perhaps expecting the next year would be a better one. Just to start with is one difficult thing to figure out. What comes next sometimes becomes a burden. There has got to be a point where it is not really that difficult to live our lives the whole year…Continue
Scriptural Readings; John 19:30
Of the many things that we have to go through is with out having a not so rough day as we spend a full 24 hour cycle. Aside from a very exhausting day, we are also confronted with a lot of problems. It has always been a difficult part of us to separate the exhaustion of our earthly body from our soul and spirits. It is therefore important that we have to remind ourselves of the promises of Jesus and of who we…Continue

Scriptural reading I Corinthians 1:18
For most of us struggling is a way of life and it seems that is just a normal thing. Even for a Christian, it is of course not easy to perform the task of spreading the gospel of Jesus. To conform our lives the way Jesus lived is a primary function once we accepted His lordship. Our whole spirit, soul and body should fit the instructions that He has for us in a daily…Continue

Pain is inevitable and to live with it everyday is a part of our lives whether it is physical pain or emotional pain. Sometimes it comes to us as a sacrifice in order for us to survive. Popping a pill would sometimes do the magic but definitely not the answer. Seeing other people suffer is another thing. This is a different kind of pain. We have to admit it that every time we pray we always include the removal of any pain from us and for others as well.
The problem we are…Continue

One thing for sure that will make your day is when from out of the blue you meet someone that you really wanted to see. More likely to happen next will probably be spending the rest of the day with that person. The next best thing that you might do is making sure that you're going to get in touch in the most convenient time for this person. Right?
What if you…Continue

Interesting and strangely enough these questions have always been questions for everyone. Who is Jesus Christ? Is He for real? Is He God? Time and time again a lot of people would like to disprove this reality and yet He has been the source of life to many who had been wandering for almost their entire life. For whatever reason, even before we would like to make and start an argument of this reality, He is already in our mind and heart. One has to admit it.
God exist inside and…Continue

We all know that God has always something for us (thrills me a lot!) to accomplish and this will of course involve our time. To carry out these things we have to make this time as His time. One question that will pop out in your mind instantly is "How can I do that"? "I do not even have the time for myself". Yes, time is important and some of us think that it should not be undivided. We must admit it, we are now living in the busiest time ever. Even God has a time frame(Genesis…Continue
