What’s happening Lord?

Lord it’s not too far away that humanity will completely be lost. We are standing for the freedom we deserve in our own homeland. How is this even a crime? But we are being beaten up because we are standing up for our rights. People are getting killed. Teens who are supposed to be studying are getting killed because they are voicing against the wrong deeds. People in assam are scared in their own homes. But nobody outside India is concerned about this. Why would they? Assam is not their…

Who You Follow

Who you follow has an impact on those watching you.

A follower of Christ is a leader to God the Father and eternal life.

A follower of the lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh and the pride of life leads to destruction and hell.

This is a hard truth for many to bear but is true nonetheless.

If we say we love our children, grandchildren, family and friends but lead them down the wrong path, we are leading them to death that is torment forever.

Love is an overrated word…

We Are Never Alone

The way of the just is uprightness: thou, most upright, dost weigh the path of the just.

Isaiah 26:7

Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.

Isaiah 26:3

To "weigh" the path means to make it smooth or level. At times it doesn't seem smooth and easy to do God's will, but we are never alone when we face tough times. God is there to help us through difficulties, to comfort us, and to lead us. He does this by giving us…

Thank You

Scriptural Readings: Luke 17:11-19

To some saying thank you seem to be just a bunch of words. Maybe a lot of us do really mean it but for some it is just a part of speech. Do we gain something when we say thank you? Usually it is a feeling which we cannot explain. Do we really mean thank you…

Joy

JOY

Pay close attention to the word "joy" in this verse. Jesus...who for the joy...endured the cross. Despite all Christ faced in dying on the cross, for the joy that was set before him...what joy? The joy of knowing who God is and being obedient all the way to the cross, the grave, the resurrection and now sits at the right hand of the throne of God.

We as Christians also have joy in knowing that God is with us despite any hardships we face. Just as Jesus knew His Father…

A prayer for the victim and her family

I am from India and I can’t be more sad to say the ugly truth that India is not safe for any person to be born here especially girls. Nobody wants to be india’s daughter anymore. As years go by , number of rapes increases. And The government does nothing but a show that justice been served. But no. A few years of punishment won’t do anything to her or her family. The rapist will be freed again. And again one of the “not yet raped” girl will be raped. Justice will never be served as it should…

Lessons from Rahab - Joshua 2

Lessons from Rahab – Joshua 2

“In the same way, was not even Rahab the prostitute considered righteous for what she did when she gave lodging to the spies and sent them off in a different direction?” (James 2:25)

The story of Rahab is a wonderful illustration of the salvation process through Jesus Christ. What caused God to view her as righteous? Rahab acted to protect the spies because she believed that God could save her. She protected the spies and lied for…

Do we fully know ourselves better?

Scriptural Readings: Psalms 147:5; Hebrews 13:20-21

We are imperfect and we know this perfectly to ourselves. The year is about to end and most of us are still struggling on somethings and perhaps expecting the next year would be a better one. Just to start with is one difficult thing to figure out. What comes next sometimes becomes a burden. There has got to be a point where it is not really that difficult to live our lives the whole year…
