John 4:1-6.
Test the Spirits
1.Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.
2.This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God,
3b.ut every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you…

Why seek ye the Living among the Dead?
The Son of man, The Son of God, all in one, never separated, never to die again. This is the Lord Jesus Christ.
In the troublesome times many are asking, “Will Jesus Return?” This is also in the prophecies of the scripture. We, as Christian, know that Jesus will return, but the multitudes are asking for proof. We have no proof except our faith in God and His word. Is it so hard to believe that Jesus will return? Is it so hard to…

My Abusive "Christian" Marriage
I couldn't believe this was my reality. And I couldn't see a way out.
Gwyneth Nelson | posted 2/02/2009
"Did Daddy do that?" my daughter asked. Lying on the floor in the doorway of her room, I was stunned as I realized my daughter had just witnessed undeniable physical abuse. Tom's* anger had escalated into unrestrained rage, and he'd thrown me into our daughter's bedroom. Con-fused, I began to question my situation: Was I really…

“It is better to trust and take refuge in the Lord than to put confidence in man.” (Psalm 118:8, Amp)
The next verse is similar:
“It is better to trust and take refuge in the Lord than to put confidence in princes.” (v.9)
Say, isn’t that what the Bible is all about? Isn’t it so we will come to know our Maker and put our trust in the One who made us? Besides, He wrote the manual! He knows us, and He knows what is best for…

Do you care enough to do something about it?
Charles Haddon Spurgeon aka "The Prince of Preachers"
wrote the following statements:
"I would sooner bring one sinner to Jesus Christ than unpick all the mysteries of the divine Word, for salvation is the one thing we are to live for."
"If…

Devotional of the Week
Have you ever lied?
1. Yes
If you said this, you can repent and save yourself from your sins.
2. No
This is sort of good, except: you're probably lying right now. So don't say no!
God doesn't want us to lie. When Abraham lied to pharao, God was mad at him. God doesn't like what we do, but still likes us, even though we sin.
"Listen, for I have worthy things to… Continue

Shalom,
Pleasing God..............
There was an old man, a boy and a donkey. They were going to town and they decided that the boy should ride. As they went along they passed by some people who thought that it was a shame for the boy to ride and the old man to walk. The old man and boy decided that maybe the critics were right so they changed positions.
Later, they passed some more people who thought that it was a real shame for an old man to ride and make such a small boy…

I C: Whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life. Believe on the name Jesus Christ and thou shall be saved. Yes if you believe in Him then you will be with him in Heaven. Jesus said to the man hanging on the cross next to him that they would be in Heaven together on that day.
II C: Jesus said to store your riches in Heaven. He came as the Lamb to show us how to live life. Jesus said to render unto Caesar what is Caesar's. Jesus told his followers to drop everything…

The basis of our philosophy is the belief in God the Father, Jesus Christ our Saviour, the Holy Spirit, and God's Word - the Bible. We believe in the authority, authenticity and reliability of the Bible as the complete and final revelation of God, concerning all matters of faith, truth and practice.
All our goals and objectives are based on the Bible. These goals and objectives include:

Greetings Christian Friends! I am so uplifted by all the warm welcomes and responses.THANK YOU! Fellowshipping with other Christians is such a gift,no matter how we do it,online,by phone, mail,or in person. I am amazed every day at the power of Gods' love. All the years I wasted, believing I could handle my own life without His help! But,the Lord wants us to leave the past in the past, and go forward in our new lives in Him,so that is what I do.
My mother is 82 years old and in a nursing home…

~♥~ He Is There ~♥~
Sometimes it feels as if I am alone
And I am drifting through time
A wandering soul on an eternal journey
The people I know are all about
Their busy lives, passing me by
It is at these times that I reflect
Turning to the only One
Who is never too busy
I look up to… Continue

Father Forgive Them
As Jesus hung on the cross he said; "'Father, forgive them; for they do not know what they are doing.'" (Luke 23:34) No one was asking for forgiveness nor was anyone even acknowledging that they were doing the smallest thing wrong. Jesus didn't wait for any of that however; he just laid out the forgiveness up front.

This is a wonderful pattern for us and I think it's one of the hardest to practice. Someone…

I want to start by saying often I feel like I am a lost sheep who has gone astray and I hate that feeling. But yet, in that deepest sadness my heart feels, God seems to always let me know He has never left me or gone astray from me and He is always there for me and wants me back with His flock. I will pray often before I open my bible especially if something specific is on my heart and always I open by bible random at times after my prayer and always there is a referance to my hearts question.…
