Prayer Request

Probably a common one, but I'm in a place where life is a tornado of busyness at home and at work. There seems to be no time for God at all and I know that this is when I need to be clinging to him most. I'd appreciate prayer that God would just create in me a strong desire to know him more to be wrapped in his arms of peace amidst the chaos of life. That he'd enable me to make time for him.

New directions new decisions new prayers to pray

Ok so here is the down low on life as of today.....i am thinking and praying about going back to school to become a physical therapist, my son informs me that he is thinking about going to LAW SCHOOL yes law school and he wants to be a prosecuter to help the good guys, this is jsut so incredible. A real day in the life...

I wish I could juggle everything better. I wish I had a better memory/attention span. The school-age daycare program sent me a letter saying I was cut off because of late payment. I am having trouble working full-time, raising a happy, healthy daughter (my son lives with my mom) and paying bills with money orders or a load yourself credit card, cleaning and cooking and being tired! My son is healing wonderfully and miraclously

I just got home from California and it was soooooo great to wrap my arms around my son! He is getting stronger and better literally with every passing day so thanks again to everyone for all your prayers, now i just need to continue to pray for his spiritual healing and a new walk with the LORD.

Amelioration

It seems as though “amelioration” should have a central place and function in all of ones efforts and engagements. Ours is a world of flux and people need and long for some semblance of stability. Just think of the result if we entered into situations – even if there is a degree of risk – to try to ameliorate rather than ignore. What a Night.....

I had perhaps one of the roughest nights I've had in a long time. In my dream, I was w/ a guy I highly admire (who's a current youth minister) & his wife, & a girl I knew when I lived in the college dorms years ago (Fawn). We were at a gang-infested bar. An update on my son

First of all there is no way i could ever thank everyone enough for all your support and prayers, life just wouldnt be the same without all the brothers an sisters to share it with, praise God for all these wonderful people.

My son actually left the hospital today which is truly a blessing. When his physical therapist came in yesterday they said he was stronger than they anticipated. He was mvoing around good, moving his arms and his leg. He ended up having two plates in his left arm with… Continue
