"May today there be peace within. May you trust that you are exactly where you are meant to be. May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith in yourself and others. May you use the gifts that you have recieved, and pass on the love that has been given to you. May you be content with yourself just the way you are. Let this knowledge settle into your bones and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance, praise and love. It is there for each and every one of…

Want to know the most motivating, soul-inspiring and liberating words ever uttered?
"IT IS ACCOMPLISHED."
In other words..."We made it kids. We made it."
No highly intellectual jargon or superlative expression intended to impress. Just a simple statement that declared the greatest victory in universal history...
Jesus' words on the cross are sacred in number and in meaning. Embrace the totality of those…

Fighting in Egypt, Iraq, and many other places around this globe seems to be the bulk of todays headline. Nothing good is part of our daily media exposure. I have to be frank with you when I say I'm torn from the masses of people that claim to be Christian's, but make non-Christ-like decisions related to our Government, Local authorities, or even countries in the west have banned the practice of Christianity.
What would it be like if we loved our neighbor as Christ loved…

My mother was 45 years old when she had me, (yes, I was the caboose)! To say I was born to ‘old school’ parents would be a major understatement … so, when at a young age I asked how I got here, my mom would say, ‘We found you under the rocks…’ Now that I think about it, that wasn’t the most auspicious of beginnings, was it?? ‘But I loved you the moment I saw you,’ she assured me. As I grew older, I knew my mother loved and adored me from the moment she knew she was ‘expecting’. (we…

As I was reading Matthew 4 this morning, I thought about how I should only worship the Lord my God. I should not worship myself or money or anything else.
Also, when I was reading in Genesis, I thought that whenever I see the rainbow in the clouds, I will know that God is remembering the everlasting covenant between Him and all living creatures of every kind on the earth. He said that He will not flood the earth ever again.

Although several thousands years have gone by, those names (Babylonians in Iraq, Persians in Iran ,Egyptians in Egypt, and Jews in Israel), that we are familiar with from the OT, are still making headlines in the world affairs. These ancients casts are still taking significant roles in the world stage, just because God of OT is still in…

" Dreams are like the paints of a great artist. Your dreams are your paints; the world is your canvas. Believing is the brush that converts your dreams into a masterpiece of reality."
To give love, you have to experience love. Now the question arises... how to experience love? Just remember your true self; our basic nature is love. We have just forgotten it.…

For many of us, the day we accepted Christ as our Lord and Savior and was filled with the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues, we then emarked on a journey that no 'adventure movie' or thrilling 'James Patterson' book could possibly relate to. You have no begun a life with God, the One who Created the universe, who numbers the stars and puts them in place, who built the mountains, who caresses the clouds with His soft touch. You are on an adventure with Him. And suddenly, you…

I know nothing, except what everyone knows —if there when Grace dances, I should dance. W. H. Auden
“You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”
Aye, that is grace dancing. God reaching down…

As I was reading Genesis 6 this morning, I was thinking about how I should be a righteous person like Noah and walk with God like Noah. I can walk with God by praying to Him all the time as I go through my day, by reading my Bible daily, by listening to praise and worship songs, and by going to church and fellowshipping with other believers.
I also read that God was grieved and His heart was filled with pain. God has emotions and a heart like people do.

Sandra sent a wonderful story, which was all about TRUST in our Savior.
As a Catholic, long ago,we were always taught to have faith and trust in something we couldn't see. Being a child that was difficult to do. We wern't given any further helps. God wasn't made real to us. At the time…

Temptation. There is no escaping it. But know this: it can help you to deepen and grow spiritually, causing you to cling that much tighter to the Lord Himself.
It's been said, "Christians are a lot like teabags. You don't know what they are made of until you put them in hot water." Perhaps you're in the "hot water" of temptation right now. God has given you a weapon to use, and it's called the Bible.
When Jesus faced His temptation in the wilderness, He gave us an example to follow,…
