As I was reading Matthew 4 this morning, I thought about how I should only worship the Lord my God.  I should not worship myself or money or anything else.

Also, when I was reading in Genesis, I thought that whenever I see the rainbow in the clouds, I will know that God is remembering the everlasting covenant between Him and all living creatures of every kind on the earth.  He said that He will not flood the earth ever again.

As I was reading Genesis 6 this morning, I was thinking about how I should be a righteous person like Noah and walk with God like Noah.  I can walk with God by praying to Him all the time as I go through my day, by reading my Bible daily, by listening to praise and worship songs, and by going to church and fellowshipping with other believers.

I also read that God was grieved and His heart was filled with pain.  God has emotions and a heart like people do.
