Dear candice,
Give a gift and change a life.
His tears and runny nose created “clean” streaks on his dirt-covered face. I could see the despair in the little boy’s eyes as he sat on the ground by his family’s hut. His arms and legs shook uncontrollably from the disease that had ravaged his body since birth.

I stood a short distance away, tying a shiny yellow balloon. The other children from the Indian village crowded around me, each hoping to receive this precious treasure.

I looked at the pleading faces. A small girl caught my eye...the disabled boy’s sister. She waited with a sweet smile. “You!” I said, and held out the balloon to her.

She beamed and raced toward the hut where the little boy sat. With infinite tenderness, she wrapped one of his shaking arms tightly around the balloon. Then she placed his other arm around the balloon and sat down by his side.

He smiled!

Whenever the balloon popped loose from the boy’s arms, his sister carefully placed it back into his awkward grasp. Pure joy radiated from both of their faces.

Give a gift and change a life forever.I had bought that bag of balloons for a buck at the dollar store. Yet that simple gift opened the door for me to share the Gospel, through my translator, with the parents of these two precious children. This was the first time they had heard the name of Jesus. Who could have guessed that such a small gift would have so much spiritual impact?
Beloved am happy to found you in this Community and i like us to be friends.

hello, here's a joke to welcome you at AAG! God bless you today and always. by the way how did you get to know this christian site?

BIGGER TURKEY-
A woman walks into a butcher's shop just before closing time and asks, "Do you have any turkey?"

The butcher opens his fridge, takes out his only turkey and puts it on the weighing scales. It weighs six pounds.

The woman looks at the turkey and at the scales and asks, "Do you have one that's a bit bigger than this one, please?" The butcher puts the turkey back into the fridge and then takes it out again, but this time when he puts it on the scales he keeps his thumb on the turkey. The scales now show eight pounds.

"That's wonderful," says the woman. "I'll take both of them, please!"

(Ha ha ha.... gotcha butcher!)
