Hello LIFT!!!
It was soo nice to get a message from you. Thank you for thinking of me. I have had a few rough days lately, but Im still here and pluggin away thanks be to God. Sometimes I totally lose focus on the blessings that God has graciously given and all the miraculous healing He has done in my life which leads to discontentment, which leads to confusion, which leads to the wrong thought till you get to the wrong actions. It seems to be a downward spiral if one is not careful. I have to make the time to go to my quiet secret place and just sit there and listen for the spirit to talk to me. If everything is quiet, I tend to refocus and open my ears to the message God is trying to send me. I then reflect on what God has done for me and what He is doing. I also know that if you write in a journal all the things going on in your life it helps. It is like the written word is soo much more powerful. I keep a journal and I record events that happen that day and worries I have for the future. Then I can look back and see how God was moving me . Does that help? I hope. I definately am slacking in this area due to a toddler and a very demanding 1 year old. Its kind of hard to find that "quiet secret place". YOu know what I mean. Take a walk and look around you. The earth screams its creation in your face it seems,right? I love to walk and talk to God. Well, my dear, I will let you go. I have talked enough. God Bless you!!

Welcome to AAG. We want your experience here to be positive and uplifting. There are a couple of things that can help you maximize your experience.

Forums and Blogs: Forums are for asking questions and for sharing a response to a question someone has posted. This is a great opportunity for “iron to sharpen iron.” Blogs are for posting an opinion, view or specific message regarding a subject.

Making New Friends: You will make many new friends here on AAG. Some will send a friend invite to you. You have the choice to accept or decline. When an invite has been sent the “little man” icon at the top left of your page will be followed by the word “new.” Simply click on the icon and make your choice. To invite someone to be your friend you simply need to go to their home page and click on “add as friend” under their personal photo. Once someone is your friend you will be able to email each of your friends on AAG. You can also leave a message on someone personal page, but note that everyone will be able to read what you leave there.

IMs: You can IM anyone who is on line by clicking on their picture located at the upper right part of the page.

Chat Room: There is a chat room located near the top of the AAG main page. It is a great place to get to know people better.

Videos: You can also upload Christian videos on the AAG main page or watch them. They are located down the left side of the main page.

I just wanted to say that I think its soo cool that you are a pastors assistant! I use to be on staff at Calvary Chapel here in SLC Utah. It was one of the best years of my life. I raised my baby boy there practically. What better place to raise a child! I now have two little ones, and I paint murals and do artwork for Christian Life Center. It is a great church and private school. Have you heard of either of these churches? Is there a Calvary Chapel out there? Anyway, Im glad you are here, and may the Lord richly bless you!!
