I'm sorry I'm not able to determine how to correct this problem and there is no one I am aware of that you can call unless it someone at ning.com. I think the best thing to do is create a new account and sign up with the email address you want.

I'm sorry you are having problems with changing you email and getting your password to work. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over passwords and I do not have the ability to access passwords or to change them. You might want to go to https://www.ning.com/settings/profile/account and try changing your email address there. Sign in with your work email address and normal password and then try to change you settings there.
If that does not work, go to www.ning.com and look for a "Help" link there. From there you will probably find help files on how to reset your password and email.
