I'm here to...: Learn and grow closer to Christ and give him total control of my life

I'm passionate about...: learning and growing closer in Christ and trying to do his will.

My story with God: I would discribe myself as a Evangelical Cathiolic. I know that sounds odd however I love listening to and learning from evangelical preachers as Pastor Paul Sheppard yet I still go to my Catholic church where I am very comfortable. My zest for the Lord has gotten re-kindled since the passing of my best friends dad who was like a dad to me and I was always a son to him. He was a GOD fearing man who would lead by example and I knew I had to as he always said "Get right with the Lord"

Other stuff about me:: I'm married with 3 children. 2 girls and a son ages 6,5 and 3

Truly, one can only understand the things of the Kingdom of God by the Spirit. So, you have done all you can do for Kelly.

I am so impressed with the spiritual maturity shown in your manner in dealing with Kelly's rejection of the word. We can only sow the word. Sometimes, it might be snatched away by the devil or be choked from growing because of the hearer's preoccupied interest in other things besides the way of the Lord. And sometimes, the seed may remain and spring forth at some later time. But you and Sheri have done your part in giving Kelly the word of God and are doing the right thing in praying for her. I pray too as she searches she will discover herself that truth can only be found in Christ, who is the way, the truth and the life.

Don't give up. The Holy Spirit will continue to use to minister the Gospel which is the power of God unto salvation, which all men and women need today.
