This year I have been to some of the ugliest places in the world and ... He is there too. In fact, I found that the compassion of Christ was so heavy and so moving in my heart that I couldn't bear it. I love going to beautiful places and I love seeing fantastic sights. But, i was more moved and stirred by God in places where people are suffering and where there is harsh ugliness. God loves people so much, it is amazing to experience his compassionate heart. I found myself filled with disgust at my own selfishness and deeply pleading for God's forgiveness for my ingratitude at how much he has gifted me.

My profile pic was taken at Lower Yosemite falls. I go to Yosemite almost every year for the past six years of my life. Talking about finding God....He is there....no doubt!! I have several pictures with my friends and family at Yosemite. It's my favorite place in the whole world!! Thanks for posting these beautiful pics. I have only visited Yosemite during Spring which is my fav season as the waterfalls are huge!!
