My story with God: I accepted Jesus Christ in my heart when I was 8. My Dad was a music director in church when I was little, and my Mom sang in the choir. I am a Christian. I know I need to grow stronger in God everyday.
Other stuff about me:: I love bible study, daily bread. I also sign and make petitions to protect wildlife and their habitats. God put animals in this world for us to protect, not to kill. Poaching and habitat destruction is happening too much, and I feel God has given me an overload of passion to save wildlife, and I am very proud of it. Hey sis:) I love you! I've read 1 John. Tthis book is also amazing! Walking in the light: "God is light, and in Him is no darkness at all." And another one--God is love--"Let us love on another, for love is from God" These words are both soft and strong! Because of His great love on us, we are saved! We should love others as he loves us in the first place! Thanks Ruth, you do let me feel the love from God! Thank you my beloved sis! I'd love to share my growth experience in Him with you. Thanks God for his giving us such fellowship here. And, thanks for your recommendation, the pocket testament league, now I'm trying to take the 21-day chanllenge in order to establish a regular Bible-study habit! This is really amazing when I try to read Bible EVERYDAY! New feelings, new thoughts, new flashes come out of it! The miracles Jesus made encouraged me. Thanks my dear sis! I have read two chapters today to catch up with my original plans, though I'm still under the chapter10 of John. Days in college are pretty busy these days, for different courses' test. As long as we pray, tell Him what we need, He will prepare for us in advance, I believe:) So just put these things in our prayers, then they would have a way to become true! Great to know you've been working on it!! I bought a study bible last week, and i think its really helpful! Also, I read the inductive bible study to help me understand more! Sometimes I do need to read several times to get a basic meaning of it. His words are too powerful to get... Hope yout pocket books passing works well. Thanks Ruth, for your suggestion! I'm reading the book of colossians now. Before start reading it, I have searched some references, known that four books in Bible was written by Paul too, so I may read the rest three after Colossians. Well, I will pray to God, hope the holy spirit would help you to sit down, concentrate on it more often! I guess you've watched the movie, The Passion of Jesus Christ, the last few chapters of John are talked about that. So watched that movie again, I was so touched by Jesus! my sister I love the whole book, but if it was any part or verse I think I would say FIRST would be the entire 14th chapter then SECOND would be the entire 8th chapter,as you study check out MATTHEW HENRY COMPLETE BIBLE COMMENTARY ,GRACE AND PEACE MY SISTER MUCH LOVE TO YOU IN JESUS MIGHTY NAME AND POWERFUL BLOOD
