I was teaching a Bible study and this is what I discovered about the 24 Elders and who they represent. It just bessed me so much as I realized the truth about them
    The twenty four Elders
I believe the twenty four Elders are the redeemed saints of the Old and New Testament saints,
    1. For the term “elder” is never applied to angels or other heavenly beings.
    2. Angels do not have crowns, or occupy thrones.

    3. Only redeemed men are promised these things. Mat. 19:28; 2Tim.4:8; 1Pet.5:2-4; Rev. 2:10, 20:4.

    4. The crowns, the white robes (Rev.19:7-8 ;), the thrones show us that that these saints are viewed as already been judged for there works. (1Corr. 3:11-15; 2Corr. 5:10;
    Rev. 19: 7-8)
    5. 1Chr. 24:1-19 David founded 24 heads of priestly families and made them representative of the entire priesthood.
Rev 1:6 and has made us a kingdom, priests for God his Father. Amen.

    6. In the song they sing they refer to having been redeemed by the Lamb. Rev. 5:8-9

Greetings in jesus name my dear sister

hope and pray that everything was ok for you today and always remember that our god is an awesome god and he reigns from heaven above,my daughter phoned me today she told me that she wants some movies for her to watch and she also told me to bring it and so i told her that i just came from work and that i am tired and i wont make it to come, i told by daughter that i love her and we ended the call, then the next minute my wife phones me and she asked me what i had told the child,i told that im tired and i just came from work and she told me that baby is crying

I was feeling really bad so i jumped in the van and went to the video store to get some movies and while i was there my wife phoned me and i asked her if she needs any movies and she said yes,i hired the 5 day special and i drove to my inlaws house my daughter got so excited to see me she came to the van hugged me and kissed me and i asked her where moms and she went and called my wife, both of them came to the van, we began chatting and i told her that i still love them and i am trusting in the lord for a marriage restoration and that i know what i did was wrong to hurt her that much and also it made me realise how much i want to be with my family and how much i love them, this past 6 months it was'nt easy for me but i thank our lord and savour jesus christ for making it possible for my wife and i to chat today and the best thing of it all is that she did'nt even speak about a divorce, i give god all the praise and the glory for he is worthy of it at all times.AMEN

    GOD BLESS

Greetings in jesus name my dear sister

just recieved an email and thought that i should share it with you.

"Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and
unsearchable things you do not know." Jeremiah 33:3

How many of us are guilty of not following the instructions? I'm
talking about the instructions we get when we read God's Word.
The instructions on how to live our lives and how to love
unconditionally and how to turn the other cheek. Some of us
don't even read the instructions. We think we know what we're
doing and can do it on our own. But one thing I have learned in
this stand is that I cannot do it on my own. On my own, I am
weak. On my own, I am confused. On my own I do and say things I
shouldn't. But in God's strength, I can do all things.

"No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through
him who loved us." Romans 8:37

"I can do everything through him who gives me strength."
    Philippians 4:13

Walking in God's strength we can do this thing called standing.
Jesus is always there with us, whether we acknowledge it or not.
With Him by our side we can put one foot in front of the other
and know we will not stumble. We can find our way in the dark by
the light of His love. We can make it through this deep valley
and face the mountains ahead. We can climb the steepest hill and
traverse the rockiest road because He walks beside us. We can
hope and believe and trust even when things look impossible. We
can know that when we are too weak or too weary to walk on our
    own, He will carry us.

"You, O LORD, keep my lamp burning; my God turns my darkness
into light. With your help I can advance against a troop; with
my God I can scale a wall. As for God, his way is perfect; the
word of the LORD is flawless. He is a shield for all who take
refuge in him. For who is God besides the LORD? And who is
the Rock except our God? It is God who arms me with strength
and makes my way perfect. He makes my feet like the feet of a
deer; he enables me to stand on the heights. He trains my hands
for battle; my arms can bend a bow of bronze. You give me your
shield of victory, and your right hand sustains me; you stoop
down to make me great. You broaden the path beneath me, so
that my ankles do not turn." Psalm 18:28-36

The Bible is our instruction manual for life. Spending time in
His Word each day gives us guidance and instruction as we walk
this narrow road. God will often illuminate a piece of scripture
that we have read countless times before and somehow we know it
is His instruction or comfort or strength. Go to God's Word
with all your questions and concerns. Not just the big ones like
how do I stand for my marriage and what do I pray for. But go to
Him with the little problems, too. The questions about finances
or your children or a job change or what to do about this or
about that. God loves to hear from His children. And He loves
    to answer them.

"All this also comes from the LORD Almighty, wonderful in
counsel and magnificent in wisdom." Isaiah 28:29

    "But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure;
then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and
good fruit, impartial and sincere." James 3:17

It's not enough just to read and hear God's instructions. We
have to follow them, too. We need to be doers of the Word, not
just readers. Many of us, myself included, are guilty of
selective reading and selective listening. Sometimes we hear
what we want to hear, not what we need to hear. We like those
things that "tickle our ears" but don't want to hear those things
    that call us to account.

"Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves.
Do what it says. Anyone who listens to the word but does not do
what it says is like a man who looks at his face in a mirror
and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately
forgets what he looks like. But the man who looks intently into
the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues to do this,
not forgetting what he has heard, but doing it—he will be
blessed in what he does." James 1:22-25

Some of us are ready to quit on our stands. We're confused and perplexed
and just plain tired of all the work. But how do we know what is
happening on the other side of our mountain? How do we know how
close our prodigals may be to our door? How do we know that
heart of stone isn't starting to soften? How will we know unless
we read to the end? Our miracle may be just outside the door.
Our promise fulfilled may be just one prayer away. Our answer
may be even now on its way. But we won't know that unless we
    persevere to the end.

"Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time
we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." Galatians 6:9
    god bless

    Hello Kathleen again,
Here is a poetry which came into my mind when I was
reading thru' your reply. This poetry had written by one
of the great writer from India. It was in our 8th school
grade syllabus and for last 25 years the poem did not
fade from my mind. So True..
Where The Mind is Without Fear
WHERE the mind is without fear and the head is held high
    Where knowledge is free
Where the world has not been broken up into fragments
    By narrow domestic walls
Where words come out from the depth of truth
Where tireless striving stretches its arms towards perfection
Where the clear stream of reason has not lost its way
Into the dreary desert sand of dead habit
Where the mind is led forward by thee
    Into ever-widening thought and action
Into that heaven of freedom, my Father, let my country awake.

God Blessing Prevail on you and your family
    Regards

Greetings in jesus name my dear sister

Just recieved an email and thought i should share it with you

    "Someone" -

"But even if you should suffer for what is right, you are
blessed. "Do not fear what they fear do not be frightened." But
in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to
give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for
the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and
    respect." I Peter 3:14-15

Every few days we receive a letter or email stating, "I can't
stand any longer because someone told me the Bible says ...”
When asked what scripture this "Someone" cited as the reason,
either the stander does not have a clue, or they are totally mis-
interpreting a verse they have neither read or cross referenced.

I tell you, this "Someone" really gets around. They seem to be
mis-informing standers all around the world. If we could
send "Someone" off to Bible college, perhaps they could come back
home actually knowing the Bible and giving standers the hope and
support they need, not undermining their stand, citing the Bible
for what is not even there.

In the cover of one of my Bibles is a handwritten note "If you
don't stand for something you will fall for everything." Sadly,
that is where many standers are when they cross paths with
    this "Someone."

Please understand, Charlene and I do not want you to get into
a heated debate with people who challenge your stand, waiting and
praying for a marriage healed God's way. We know that it is
important for you to know not what Bob and Charlene say, but to
know what God says in His Holy Word, the Bible.

As an aside, there are two distinguishing traits of every audio
teaching my wife has done over the past 18 years. She has done
hundreds of these, and every one is filled with scripture. She
is teaching people how to discover their own answers in the
Bible. It will be so much more life-impacting when the lights
come on for you over a specific issue or concern, rather than you
taking at face value what Charlene (or "Someone") has said,
    working in their own power.

The second trait of Charlene’s audio teaching is that each stands
alone. I peeked at our automated inventory and saw that we have
over 6,000 tapes and 2,000 CDs on hand. If a person who had
never heard of marriage restoration God's way were to listen to
any one of those items, they would hear what God can do for a
fractured family. By the way, this is not intended to sell tapes
and CD's. You can listen to "Stop Divorce Radio" broadcasting
    teachings 24/7.

Do you realize that "Someone" has been around since the first
century, often attempting to persuade God's people to go a
    different way?

"While Jesus was still speaking, someone came from the house of
Jabirus, the synagogue ruler.”Your daughter is dead," he
said. "Don't bother the teacher any more." Luke 8:49

"Someone in the crowd said to him, "Teacher, tell my brother to
divide the inheritance with me." Luke 12:3

"A little later someone else saw him and said, "You also are
one of them." "Man, I am not!" Peter replied." Luke 22:28

"'Look, you scoffers, wonder and perish, for I am going to do
something in your days that you would never believe, even if
    someone told you.'" Acts 13:41

the bottom line is a personal question: Are you going to listen
to "Someone" or listen to the Holy Spirit of God?

A new two story home is being constructed next to us. Today they
are preparing to plaster the exterior. I never knew so much was
involved. First, all the construction debris was removed. Then
the sand adjacent to the home was leveled, and then compacted.
Scaffolding was brought in and assembled. Steel pins were
hammered into place to keep the scaffolding secure. Finally they
    are ready to actually plaster.

Can you see how that compares to building a restored home where
you live? First, you had to remove the debris of sin, both
hidden and seen, that was in the way. Jesus warns us about
    building on sand.

"The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and
beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had
its foundation on the rock. But everyone who hears these
words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a
foolish man who built his house on sand. The rain came down,
the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that
house, and it fell with a great crash." Matthew 7:25-27

the area surrounding your restored home under construction needs
to be leveled. Any unforgiveness, bitterness or hatred needs to
be bulldozed and replaced with the solid soil of unconditional
    love.

The role that Charlene and I have in restoration of your
marriage is nothing more than the people delivering the
scaffolding. That is done every day. It is up to you to choose
to put up that scaffolding so the plaster of prayer can be
applied to every area of your marriage.

About the time when you are plastering prayer fervently, is
when "Someone" will come along and attempt to pull the pins from
your scaffolding of standing. Whether or not your stand, and
your home rebuilding project collapses, will depend on how well
you had secured the pins of biblical truth that is holding
    together your standing scaffolding.

The home next to us is being built by the contractor who will
live there. Since this will be his home, everything is being
done in the most solid way. In the years ahead, and once
completed, that home will undoubtedly survive many a storm. My
wife and I want to see your home rebuilt in solid, biblical ways,
so your family is protected against the storms of the future.

Imagine what would happen if "Someone" went over to that builder
and offered an opinion on his work. It would make no difference
what "Someone" said, because that man knows what he is doing.

Right now we have a dirty and noisy construction project next
door. After a while, these days will be forgotten and we will
have a beautiful home next door. If you stand firm, after a
while the dirty and noisy days of family strife will be history,
as you and your restored family serve the Lord God you are
getting to know so well these day.

Each time some sidewalk superintendent attempts to pull the pins
out of the scaffolding of standing surrounding your restored home
under construction, may you politely thank them for their
opinion, but continue to rest in the truths of God's Word. Your
responsibility is to learn those truths so that you can stand
firm against any attack the enemy sends your way.

Long before ground was broken next door, someone had a dream.
That dream became plans, and after time, those plans are becoming
a home. Where are you? Is your vision of a restored marriage
still only a dream, or has it, with God's help, become a plan?
If you are living through that process, may you never
let "Someone" tell you anything different than what God has shown
    you?

When "Someone" attempts to change your plans, they must be able
to take God's Word and show you the biblical basis for what they
are saying. Beyond that, you have a responsibility to do a
diligent Bible study to see if the changes are true to Holy
Scripture. Cross reference verses and read what comes before and
after the scripture being quoted. In what context was it
written? Above all else, what is God speaking to your heart
    about His plans?

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the
LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give
you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and
pray to me, and I will listen to you." Jeremiah 29:11-12

May you and I always listen to and follow "The One," not
"Someone." The "Someone" just may be wrong, but He is never
    wrong.

    GOD BLESS

    Hello Kathleen,

    Greetings in christ!

For a very long time now, I have been receiving uplifting messages (most of them poetic and moving)from you...without the goodness to reply any. I apologize for it is not out of slight but only because a day is sooo short that at times we forget saying hi to our friends...as we ought to. I hope you will forgive me for there is always a first time...Am glad have salvaged time for you today.

Well, am glad I gave your page a keen eye today. I have been blessed by the wondeful photos you have posted. Seems you are really active in Christ's field, congratulations! I very nearly visited you Cebu City last year... but I did not for I realised (just in time!) that the lady friend who was pulling my leg was not a woman of God but a fraudster. I have wonderful friends however, in the Phillipines who are affiliated to Things To Come Mission (TCM-USA) and I believe that God-willing, one day I will lay feet there to glorify God with the good Phillipinas.

God bless you for the work you do and be glad that He finds you fit to be a vessel. Others desire but they are found wanting. Isn't that cause to celebrate?-Pst. Bernhard C.

Thanks, so much! I needed that. Yes, I am blessed in so many ways. I don't know the reason God allowed this to happen but, inspite of it, I finally was able to pray not my will but His. I have to look past this and know that He allowed it for His glory and what is best for me. These people were professing something they weren't living. I will be all the better for it! Please keep me in your prayers. And, pray for Johnny and that Lisa woman, too.

    I asked God…

I asked God to take away my pain
    God said, No
-it is not for me to take away,
But for you to give up.
I asked God to make my handicapped child whole
    God said, No
-Her spirit was whole, her body was only temporary.
I asked God to grant me patience
    God said, No
-patience is a by-product of tribulations,
It isn’t granted, it is earned.
I asked God to give me happiness
    God said, No
-I give you blessings, happiness is up to you.
I asked God to make my spirit grow
    God said, No
-you must grow on your own
but I will prune you to make you fruitful.
I asked for all things that I might enjoy life
    God said, No
-I will give you life so that you may enjoy all things
I asked God to helped me LOVE others,
as much as He loves me
    God said…..
Ahhh, finally you have the idea.

    God loves You!

Your poem is encouraging. I saw it on someone else’s page. It is quite moving, the last stanza regarding the love of others…if we look at the Lord’s prayer we recite “forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us”; which as you know is teaching us to love others as HE loves me and you… we reflect a part of that love un to the death of our personal opinions, through the process of “dying to self”. A hard process to get to, but once we do…the rewards are marvelous.

I love the devotion you sent me this morning.

SING AND MAKE MUSIC IN YOUR HEART TO THE
LORD, ALWAYS GIVING THANKS TO GOD THE FATHER
FOR EVERYTHING, IN THE NAME OF OUR LORD JESUS
    CHRIST. ( EPHESIANS 5:19-20 )

For me declaring the Lord greatness with singing, making music in my heart to the Lord releases me from the cares of life. It allows me to be thankful, and express my heart of thanksgiving. Bless you Kathleen for bringing to us every day the blessing of you.
I want to leave you some music from some Jewish believers who have recieved Jesus as Messiah.
    ADONIA is Hebrew for LORD.
    In the love of Jesus.
    Bob
