Hey all. First of all. Merry Joyous blessed Christmas to you.
LT said I could try creating a place for general chit-chat and fellowship....as an alternative to 'yet uncategorized'. One thing that has been on my mind lately are 2 barely noticable verses in John 1: 12 "But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: 13 who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God." This is way too deep for me. Is this 'who we are' the moment we believe?

Going to go out this afternoon, and try to remember.....I am a child of the Living God, and 'He chose us' to represent Him to all around us. I know somebody where I am going today, 'needs Him'.....I do not want to fail at what He has given us to do. I know, if this is His work, He will prepare the way before me. I just need to keep my eyes and my heart open.

Hey, I don't want to knock the computer dating, I havent tried it, I would be worried my new wife would come with too much spam-mail. (:
If there is a wife for me...the Lord is still working on her, as He is still working on me. I look back a few years, and realize that a good Godly woman would not see much redeemable, and even now I guess I could say I am still somewhat peculiar and ornery....but He is not done yet. Hallelujah! (:

Just dropping by to check on that pot of coffee, Thanks forgiven and Amanda. I am now married to a wonderful man of God, Dennis. I got married in June. We now live in Crossville, TN, USA. I love that lake picture. I live on a lake and love it. Praise God! :) Met my Dennis on Christian Mingle web site. I highly reccamend computer dating, as long as both are totally upfront with each other.

Hey all. One of my 'peculiararities'.....is that I have always had somewhat of a weakness for island music. I dropped all that for a while after coming to the Lord, but it seems the Lord is giving it back to me. In fact, I have a new 'soft' Reggae worship song I have been working on for about a month. Meanwhile, I have also discovered this great Reggae Christian website. http://christianreggae.ning.com/
So, if any of you care to participate, come check out the tunes. They have a music player that is playing all Christmas music from the Islands right now. I also consider the website to be a great place for 'ministry'. There are a lot of 'Natty Dreads' who will not admit that they are very lost for direction in thier lives and could use a little 'nudge' and some brotherly love to guide them back to the God of thier fathers.
