Manard, he's about 8 years old, I got him from an abused animal shelter in 2009, both of his front legs had been broken along with 3 ribs; he is way happier here in the woods (now that he knows not to mess with the skunks) than my old small apartment; the true master of the cabin and the woods: he knows exactly were the boundries to the property are and never steps a foot out. Me (May 2011)

Gillmore, about 3 year old; followed Manard into the cabin on 12/14/11: thin, dirty young calico beagle with matted hair, no collar or tags, but fixed - cleaned up nicely after bath in hottub; will put ads in local papers but appears to be abandoned stray; He is not spoiled one bit. Me (December 2011).

Tiger, 3-5 years old; he showed up during a big snowstorm just before the New Year's Eve 2010/11, all matted up and thin and very, very leery of Manard and I; after a week he decided we made decent servants; other than trying to catch a chipmunk, his major activity is working on becomming a very fat cat. I have been told he is a toyger, a very expensive modern type bred to look like their larger cousins of the wild. Me (January 2011).
