Reality of Holocaust 'uncertain,' says Iran's Supreme Leader

Haaretz reports: “Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei chose the occasion of the Persian New Year on Friday to again deny the Holocaust.

In an address to a large crowd of people in Iran's northeastern city of Mashhad, Khamenei questioned whether the Holocaust had ever happened, saying that ‘the Holocaust is an event whose reality is uncertain and, if it happened, it's uncertain how it happened.’

‘Does anybody dare talk about Holocaust in Europe?’ Khamenei asked.

The Supreme Leader also referred to the Middle East peace efforts of U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, saying that the United Sates ‘failed in Palestine. Their plan for Palestine, in which they invested a great effort, did not work and, God willing, will not work either.’…”

Arab MK Promises Hamas World Pressure on Israel

Israel National News reports: “An Arab MK told the journal of Hamas, the terror organization ruling Gaza, that he is trying to bring international pressure on Israel to give up state land and build a new Arab city Israel's north.

Arab MK Taleb Abu Arar (United Arab List), a representative of the Islamic Movement in Israel, has called on the High Follow-up Committee of Arab citizens of Israel to declare 2014 as ‘Land and Housing Year.’

Speaking to the Hamas journal Palestine on Friday, Arar noted the announcement of ‘Land and Housing Year’ is meant to embarrass the Israeli government he serves as a member of.

As a result of the international outrage he hopes to spark, the MK hoped Israel would be pressed to build a new Arab city in the Galilee, in addition to new Arab villages, and to further give Arab citizens state land. Further, he expressed hopes that Israel would have to recognize Arab land ownership, particularly of illegal bedouin villages in the south…”

PA Teaches Kids 'Indivisible Palestine' Replaces Israel

Israel National News reports: “The Palestinian Authority (PA) has made it abundantly clear in recent months that not only does it not recognize Israel as the Jewish state -- it doesn't recognize Israel's existence altogether.

Official PA TV broadcast a cartoon in late February showing a math teacher pointing to a map of Israel, with the words ‘Palestine: a number that is indivisible’ underneath it. Palestinian Media Watch translated and exposed the cartoon.

Fatah, the faction headed by PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, picked up the theme on its Facebook page two weeks ago.

On a Facebook post, Fatah wrote it educates its children to ‘learn the foundations of the revolution before they learn to read and write; they will only agree to one rule, which cannot be added to, subtracted from, or calculated: that Palestine cannot be divided.’…”

Putin Signs Law Officially Annexing Crimea

Voice of America News reports: “Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday signed into law legislation completing the annexation of Crimea, calling it a ‘remarkable event.’

The Kremlin signing ceremony took place after the Federation Council, the upper house of Russia's parliament, voted unanimously to incorporate the Crimea region into Russia. The lower house ratified the treaty on Thursday, just four days after Crimean residents voted in a referendum to break away from Ukraine and join Russia.

President Putin and Crimean leaders signed the treaty on Tuesday, and the Kremlin said the treaty came into force on the date it was signed...”
