Having trouble with forgiveness.

How to forgive when you used and abused.My unforgiveness is torturing mylife and private life everyone around.I am very depressed why am I like this? I don't want to be bitter and angry I feel so alone in this I want to overcome this issue this is not a healthy way to live. I feel so worthless. I need help.
