No matter what always look at your son or daughter or children as if they were born for the first time even as they grow older.

Every time you see your child/ son/ daughter think of such things...

when you first held them in your arms as a precious gift from God

when they took their first step and how happy you were while tears flowed down your face

when they said their first words "da da" "ma ma" or whatever it may be

when they told you "Mommy I am afraid" or "Daddy I am scared" and you told them dont be I am with you

when you first brought them out into the world and said I will protect you always

when you saw them cry and you did all that you could to cheer them up

when you held them tightly to protect them from harm

when you let them sleep with you in your bed to feel comforted

when you sang them to sleep with your loving tender voice

when you told them I love you forever and ever always no matter how many mistakes you have made or what you have done

when you brought them to school for the first time and said a little prayer for them to grow and create beautiful friendships 

when you showed them how to ride a bike and never gave up on them and told them to try try again

when you talked to them while they were in the belly so that they knew you cared for them even when in the womb

when you said I am going to be the best parent in the world so that everyone wished they had me as their mommy or daddy

when God chose you to be a loving parent

when God said I love you as my precious child

when God said I will never leave you

when God said go and show the world what love is all about

when God said YOU ARE MINE and therefore I LOVE YOU FOR WHO YOU ARE NOT WHAT YOU HAVE DONE BUT BECAUSE YOU ARE MY PRECIOUS PRECIOUS DEAR CHILD.
